The paper examines the geometrical properties of a six-dimensional Kaluza-Klein type model. They may have an impact on the model of the structure of a neutron and its excited states in the realm of one particle physics. The statistical reason for the six-dimensionality and the stability of the solution is given. The derivation of the weak limit approximation of the general wave mechanical (quantum mechanical) approach, defined in the context of losing its self-consistency (here gravitational), is presented. The non self-consistent case for the Klein-Gordon equation is defined. The derivation of the energy of states and the analysis of the spin origin of the analyzed fields configuration is presented as the manifestation of both the geometry of the internal two-dimensional space and kinematics of fields inside it. The problem of the departure from the (gravitational) self-consistent calculations of the metric tensor and of other fields of the configuration is discussed. The implementation of the model for the description of a neutron and its excited states, including their spins and energies, is given. The informational reason for the existence of the internal extra space dimensions is proposed.

Motivated by importance of the cosmological constant on structure of the hybrid neutron star. In other words, we want to investigate the structure of neutron stars by considering both the effects of the cosmological constant and the existence of quar k matter for neutron stars in Einstein gravity. For this purpose, we use of a suitable equation of state (EoS) which includes a layer of hadronic matter, a mixed phase of quarks and hadrons, and, a quark matter in core. In order to investigate the effect of the cosmological constant on the structure of hybrid neutron stars, we utilize of modified TOV equation in Einstein-$Lambda $ gravity. Then we plot the mass-radius diagram for different value of the cosmological constant. Our results show that for small values of the cosmological constant ($Lambda $), especially for the cosmological constant from the cosmological perspective $(Lambda=10^{-52}$ $m^{-2})$, $Lambda $ has no significant effect on structure of hybrid neutron star. But for bigger values, for example, by considering $Lambda>10^{-14}$ $m^{-2}$, this quantity affects on the maximum mass and radius of these stars. The maximum mass and radius of these stars decrease by increasing the cosmological constant $Lambda$. Also by determining and analyzing radius, compactness, Kretschmann scalar and gravitational redshift of a hybrid neutron star with $M=1.4M_{,odot }$ in the presence of the cosmological constant, we find that, by increasing $Lambda$, this star is contracted. Also, our results about dynamical stability show that these stars satisfy this stability.

This paper proposes new symmetries (the body-centred cubic periodic symmetries) beyond the standard model. Using a free particle expanded Schrodinger equation with the body-centred cubic periodic symmetry condition, the paper deduces a full baryon sp ectrum (including mass M, I, S, C, B, Q, J and P) of all 116 observed baryons. All quantum numbers of all deduced baryons are completely consistent with the corresponding experimental results. The deduced masses of all 116 baryons agree with (more than average 98 percent) the experimental baryon masses using only four constant parameters. The body-centred cubic periodic symmetries with a periodic constant ``a about $10^{-23}$m play a crucial rule. The results strongly suggest that the new symmetries really exist. This paper predicts some kind of ``Zeeman effect of baryons, for example: one experimental baryon N(1720)${3/2}^{+}$ with $ Gamma$ = 200 Mev is composed of two N baryons [(N(1659)${3/2}^{+}$ + N(1839)${3/2}^{+}$] = $bar{N(1749)}$${3/2}^{+}$ with $Gamma$ = 1839-1659 = 180 Mev.

Inspired in previous works of Xiangdong Ji, published in PRL and PRD in 1995, we worked out an alternative way to separate within the structure of QCD, the hadron masses into contributions of quark and gluon kinetic and potential energies, quark mass es and the trace anomaly. With respect to the nucleon mass the present results are between the two approximations developed by Ji. We also developed three approximations for the separation of the pion mass, which is also compared with Ji results. With the help of the quark condensate relation obtained by Nassif and Silva in 2006, we were able to separate the quark energy into its kinetic and potential parts.

The production and the subsequent decay of the SM singlet via heavy vector--like colour triplets and electroweak doublets in one--loop diagrams can shed light on the recent observation of diphoton excess at the LHC. In this paper, the $E_6$ GUT is co nsidered in the F-theory setting where the $E_6$ is broken by making use of the spectral cover construction and by turning on the hypercharge gauge flux. This paper is based on the results presented in cite{Athanasopoulos:2014bba, Faraggi:2016xnm, Ashfaque:2016jha} which will be reviewed briefly. Here, by following the F-theory approach, akin to cite{Karozas:2016hcp, Leontaris:2016wsy, Das:2016xuc}, we present a study of the flipped $SO(10)$ model embedded completely in the $E_{6}$ GUT but with a different accommodation of the SM representations in the ${bf{27}}$ of $E_{6}$.

After revisiting the heterotic string-derived low-energy effective model of cite{Ashfaque:2016ydg, Athanasopoulos:2014bba, Faraggi:2016xnm, Ashfaque:2016jha} constructed in the four-dimensional free fermionic formulation, we find two axions which are either harmful or massive. As a direct consequence, they can not solve the strong $CP$ problem which is in complete agreement with cite{Lopez:1990iq, Halyo:1993xn}. We also explore the possibility of the self-interacting dark matter residing in the non-Abelian gauge group present in the hidden sector cite{Faraggi:2000pv}. We find that the low-energy string-derived model naturally welcomes the self-interacting dark matter as $4$ copies of the non-Abelian, hidden $SU(2)$ gauge group factor are present.
