Superconformal anomalies provide an elegant and economical way to understand the soft breaking parameters in SUSY models; however, implementing them leads to the several undesirable features including: tachyonic sleptons and electroweak symmetry breaking problems in both the MSSM and the NMSSM. Since these two theories also have the additonal problem of massless neutrinos, we have reconsidered the AMSB problems in a class of models that extends the NMSSM to explain small neutrino masses via the seesaw mechanism. In a recent paper, we showed that for a class of minimal left-right extensions, a built-in mechanism exists which naturally solves the tachyonic slepton problem and provides new alternatives to the MSSM that also have automatic R-parity conservation. In this paper, we discuss how electroweak symmetry breaking arises in this model through an NMSSM-like low energy theory with a singlet VEV, induced by the structure of the left-right extension and of the right magnitude. We then study the phenomenological issues and find: the LSP is an Higgsino-wino mix, new phenomenology for chargino decays to the LSP, degenerate same generation sleptons and a potential for a mild squark-slepton degeneracy. We also discuss possible collider signatures and the feasibility of dark matter in this model.

We show that an intermediate scale supersymmetric left-right seesaw scenario with automatic R-parity conservation can cure the problem of tachyonic slepton masses that arises when supersymmetry is broken by anomaly mediation, while preserving ultravi olet insensitivity. The reason for this is the existence of light B - L = 2 higgses with yukawa couplings to the charged leptons. We find these theories to have distinct predictions compared to the usual mSUGRA and gauge mediated models as well as the minimal AMSB models. Such predictions include a condensed gaugino mass spectrum and possibly a correspondingly condensed sfermion spectrum.

The long-standing muon $g-2$ anomaly has been confirmed recently at the Fermilab. The combined discrepancy from Fermilab and Brookhaven results shows a difference from the theory at a significance of 4.2 $sigma$. In addition, the LHC has updated the lower mass bound of a pure wino. In this letter, we study to what extent the $g-2$ can be explained in anomaly mediation scenarios, where the pure wino is the dominant dark matter component. To this end, we derive some model-independent constraints on the particle spectra and $g-2$. We find that the $g-2$ explanation at the 1$sigma$ level is driven into a corner if the higgsino threshold correction is suppressed. On the contrary, if the threshold correction is sizable, the $g-2$ can be explained. In the whole viable parameter region, the gluino mass is at most $2-4,$TeV, the bino mass is at most $2,$TeV, and the wino dark matter mass is at most $1-2,$TeV. If the muon $g-2$ anomaly is explained in the anomaly mediation scenarios, colliders and indirect search for the dark matter may find further pieces of evidence in the near future. Possible UV models for the large threshold corrections are discussed.
We study the phenomenology of the neutralino dark matter in the so called deflected anomaly mediation scenario. This scheme is obtained from the minimal anomaly mediated scenario by introducing a gauge mediated sector with $N_f$ messenger fields. Unl ike the former scheme the latter has no tachyons. We find that the neutralino is still the LSP in a wide region of the parameter space: it is essentially a pure bino in the scenario with $N_f=1$ while it can also be a pure higgsino for $N_f>1$. This is very different from the naive anomaly mediated scenario which predicts a wino like neutralino. Moreover we do not find any tachyonic scalars in this scheme. After computing the relic density (considering all the possible coannihilations) we find that there are regions in the parameter space with values compatible with the latest WMAP results with no need to consider moduli fields that decay in the early universe.
The new measurement of the anomalous magnetic momentum of muon at the Fermilab Muon $g-2$ experiment has strengthened the significance of the discrepancy between the standard model prediction and the experimental observation from the BNL measurement. If new physics responsible for the muon $g-2$ anomaly is supersymmetric, one should consider how to obtain light electroweakinos and sleptons in a systematic way. The gauge coupling unification allows a robust prediction of the gaugino masses, indicating that the electroweakinos can be much lighter than the gluino if anomaly-mediated supersymmetry breaking is sizable. As naturally leading to mixed modulus-anomaly mediation, the KKLT scenario is of particular interest and is found capable of explaining the muon $g-2$ anomaly in the parameter region where the lightest ordinary supersymmetric particle is a bino-like neutralino or slepton.

We calculate the predictions for lepton flavour violating (LFV) tau and muon decays, $l_j to l_i gamma$, $l_j to 3 l_i$, $mu-e$ conversion in nuclei and LFV semileptonic tau decays $tau to mu PP$ with $PP= pi^+pi^-, pi^0pi^0, K^+K^-, K^0 {bar K}^0$ $ tau to mu P$ with $P=pi^0, eta, eta$ and $tau to mu V$ with $V = rho^0, phi$, performing the hadronisation of quark bilinears within the chiral framework. We work within a SUSY-seesaw context where the particle content of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model is extended by three right-handed neutrinos plus their corresponding SUSY partners, and where a seesaw mechanism for neutrino mass generation is implemented. Two different scenarios with either universal or non-universal soft supersymmetry breaking Higgs masses at the gauge coupling unification scale are considered. After comparing the predictions with present experimental bounds and future sensitivities, the most promising processes are particularly emphasised.
