The aim of this study was to compare microleakage of resin-based
sealant Helioseal F with or without bonding agent. Fifty-six sound
human maxillary first premolar teeth were collected which were
extracted for orthodontic purpose, then the teeth we
re randomly divided
into two main equal groups; group (1) and group (2), the first group was
treated with Tetric N Bond bonding agent, whiles the second group
without.
The filling material bonding to the wall of the root canal is so important with regard to decreasing the apical microscopic leakage. The aim of this study is to assess the ability of new resin root canal filling
materiales (Resilon) in bonding to th
e canal internal wall, bond strength, and to determined the nature of
bond failure, and compare this with two kinds of traditional root canal filling materials.
Etching by phosphoric acid is considered an important factor to achieve
resin bonding to Primary enamel.
Bond strength was significantly higher in the third group (etching for
35sec) than the other groups (etching for (15), (25), or (45)sec).
The
re were no significant differences in bond strength between etch
durations: (15), (25), or (45) sec.
For children, it is very important to reduce the
treatment time, thus the aim of this study is to determine the
shortest yet the most effective application time for resin infiltrant
Icon to achieve complete penetration into proximal caries lesions,
and to evaluate its ability to infiltrate.
Debonding of acrylic denture teeth from denture base is the most common
failure in removable dentures .
The purpose of this study was to evaluate shear bond strength between
acrylic denture teeth and heat cure denture base resin with different
surface treatment and modifications on the ridge lap area By Using
Conventional Method and Blasting Method.
