The aim of this research is to study the optimal conditions for the preparation of hydroxyapatite , Chemical formula: Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 (HA). In this research study of the conditions necessary for the preparation of a chemical compound hydroxyapatite HA [HA: Ca10 (PO4) 6 (OH) 2] Depending on normal vital source ( eggshell ) , which contains a large amount of calcium carbonate , which wil l be dealt with Acetic acid for acetate calcium Ca (CH3COO)2 , which in turn will be dealt with disodium hydrogen phosphate Na2HPO4, where and to prepare the treatment process depends on several factors , including: the concentration of the solutions , Solution temperature, stirring speed and addition , the degree of purity of the material used and its source, and the pH of the solution PH . The study showed that the chemical formula of the compound outlined in the bunting record is: Ca10 (PO4) 6 (OH) 2 and has a Molar ratio Ca / P stood at 1.65344 and preparation process was the best in the burned model of the form , dried and this was confirmed by sampling study of the two models , dried and burned in IR spectroscopy and spectroscopy x-ray diffraction XRD where the burned model output was crystalline either in the form of dried product was mixed crystalline and crystalline .
This study was carried out during the period 2011–2010 for 12 months. 110 species of phytoplankton in Al-Kabir Al-Shamali River were identified including 4 species of Euglenophyta, 15 species of Cyanophyta, 49 species of Chrysophyta, 40 species of Chlorophyta and 2 species of Pyrrophyta. The objective of this study is to study some of the optimal analytical conditions for the determination of the Cu2+ ion using potentiometric titration method using the platinum electrode as a working electrode and the AgCL/Ag as a Reference electro de. Selenium is an essential nutritional mineral, and selenium deficiency diseases are known in medical literature. Studies have shown that selenium intake in high doses is toxic in humans. Selenium is widely distributed in nature and due to the importan ce of selenium and its compounds in industrial applications; several analytical techniques have been reported to estimate selenium. In this study the optimal conditions for the formation of selenium complex with NEDA reagent will be studied and used for the control of selenium microcapsules, a method that is characterized by being rapid, sensitive and selective. The optical spectrophotometric method was used in the visible field at 540 nm wavelength to determine the complex between the selenium ion and the NEDA reagent under optimal conditions for complex formation namely temperature 50℃, time min t = 240, added reagent volume V=4ml, and reagent concentration 1%. This method showed good accuracy and correctness, as the method's validity was achieved through the relative percentage yield (R = 99.68%), while the accuracy of the method was achieved through the low value of the standard deviation (SD≤) (1.172) and thus the percentage relative standard deviation (RSD≤) (1.725). Selenium microcapsules were prepared, with an entrapment efficiency of 36% at a concentration of 3% for alginate and 1% while the entrapment efficiency rose to 51.2% at a concentration of 2% for calcium chloride.
Humans started to produce the bread for Thousands years ago; they used to prepare the dough by using fermented dough which left for many days before used, so that this fermented dough has been prepared from dough fermented by aerobic microorganisms w hich can attack the milling wheat. Recently the Bekar’s yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae produced in variable type's liquid, dry and soft which used in preparation of dough. The high cost of yeast production and limited quantity in the emergency and catastrophe conditions and difficulties in delivery to far away places lead to study the production of fermented sourdough instead of soft yeast completely or reduce its quantity relatively. Many kinds of fermented sourdough have been produced; liquid with moisture content 75%, normal density with moisture content 55% and high density with moisture content 47%, the fermentation's force and rise's force for their different value have been determined which ranged from 3% to 15%. The results investigated that production of dough from fermented sourdough 3%, 5%, 7%, 9% and 11% produced fermented dough with metabolic productions, which produced Arabic bread without significant changes in characteristics compared to the bread which produced by using 2% soft yeast.
