This work aims to analyze the performance of the microwave radio link’s parameters used to connect different systems and intra systems. Fuzzy logic technique is used to study the difficulties of the radio link’s parameters based on type of modulation, and distance between the receiver and transmitter. Four parameters are used as an input parameters for the fuzzy logic system mainly: required power, the length of the microwave radio link, modulation type and the signal to noise ratio(S/N). The output parameter is determined to be the microwave link capacity. Analytical study to select the optimal microwave radio link parameters to examine the efficiency of the radio link capacity will be shown. Additionally, studying the input and output memberships of the microwave radio link parameters using fuzzy logic will be explained.

Fuzzy logic control is used to connect a photovoltaic system to the electrical grid by using three phase fully controlled converter (inverter), This controller is going to track the maximum power point and inject the maximum available power from th e PV system to the grid by determining the trigger angle that must be applied on the switches: Linguistic variables are going to be chosen to determine the amount of change in the trigger angle of the inverter to track the maximum power.
This research work presents fuzzy pitch controller design of wind turbine to get the maximum power in addition to decrease the losses caused by acceleration and deceleration in turbine rotation. And thus optimize power coefficient of turbine throug h artificial intelligence and in particular fuzzy logic, because the fuzzy controller doesn’t need a complex mathematical pattern of the controlled system. A fuzzy controller is designed and compared with conventional controller for the same purpose in a wind turbine system described by its transfer function and membership function has been chosen for error and accumulation errors signals by using MATLAB. Results have been compared and showed better response by using the fuzzy controller.
In the following study we make a simulation of an independent photovoltaic system connected to an (ohm - unit of electrical resistance) load which consists of the following parts: (Photovoltaic Module - Converter dc- dc - Control system to track ing the maximum power point via MATLAB & Simulink program) Taking advantage of equations of Photovoltaic Module we chart the graph and simulate curves of the Module. We also simulate the converter –type Cuk- which gives higher or lower voltage than input voltage but with reversed polarity. We also make a comparison between the two systems tracking: the first tracker is a traditional one and the second one is a system in which it uses a fuzzy logic tracker. The results of the comparison shows different capacities taking into consideration the varieties of weather conditions of regular solar radiation as well as the partial shadow. Such results showed that fuzzy logic has got more capability to harmonize with all conditions especially in cases of low solar radiation and partial shadow.
Improving system performance in terms of data rate, latency, mobility and cost is the scope of Long Term Evolution (LTE) system. All IP architecture with distributed mobility management that have been implemented in LTE and the handover (HO) decision is performed by the evolved base station (eNB). The ping-pong movement in LTE is one of the most crucial problems which reduce the performance of the HO. In this paper, the impact of ping-pong handover on inter eNB handover in LTE networks is investigated. The object of the present work is to provide a method for reducing the number of ping-pong HOs in intra E-UTRA networks. A novel HO algorithm, based on keeping the old path between the source eNB and SGW/MME during the ping-pong movement and delaying the completion HO part, is presented. The ping-pong avoidance algorithm for intra E-UTRA can be a tool to reduce the number of ping-pong HOs and control the demands of the network resources. Analysis results -based on fuzzy logic technique- of the proposed algorithm showed that the probability of ping-pong HO can be reduced efficiently as the difference between the received signal strength from the target and the source (SS(target-source)) and the timer value are higher than 3dB and 1.5 sec respectively.
One of the principal applications of fuzzy logic is in control system design. Fuzzy logic controllers (FLC) can be used to control systems where the use of conventional control Techniques may be Problematic .in this paper Fuzzy logic controller is fabricated on modern Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)Card to track the sun to increase the energy generation efficiency of solar cells. Sun Tracking Controller is tested using model designed by Matlab/Simulink program. Finally we have compared with a conventional perturbation and observation controller. Simulation and experimental results show that performance of the fuzzy controller with FPGA is better than the perturbation and observation controller.
