6061 للحصول على الٕانهاء الأفضل للسطح .
تمّ تنفيذ مجموعة من التجارب على عينات من الألمنيوم 6061 حيث تم تغيير قيمة
قوة الضغط ( قوة التلميع ) دون تغيير البارامترات الأخرى لعملية التلميع بالضغط .
تمّ تنفيذ التجارب باستخدام أداة التلميع بالضغط بالكرة و آلة التفريز المبرمجة ثلاثية
المحاور.
In this research, the optimum rate of burnishing force for
burnishing samples of Al-6061 was found, in order to have the
best finish of the surface .
Different tests were carried out on samples of Al-6061 by
application different values of burnishing force without changing
the other parameters of the ball burnishing operation .
The experiences were carried out by using ball burnishing tool
and CNC milling machine with three-axis .
