In this research, the optimum rate of burnishing force for burnishing samples of Al-6061 was found, in order to have the best finish of the surface . Different tests were carried out on samples of Al-6061 by application different values of burnishing force without changing the other parameters of the ball burnishing operation . The experiences were carried out by using ball burnishing tool and CNC milling machine with three-axis .

In this research, we have studied the ability of using a trochoidal curve as a programmable path to finish flat surfaces of aluminum-6061 specimens using ball burnishing technique. The experiments were carried out by using the ball burnishing tool which was designed, manufactured, and fixed on 3-axis CNC milling machine .
In this research, an experimental study was undertaken on aluminium using a purpose designed and manufactured burnishing tool. The experiments was designed to find the effects of burnishing tool path and ball diameter on the surface roughness of an Al-6061 workpiece taking into consideration many values of burnishing force in the suitable field, where we have used a new created path and compared its effect with two conventional paths (zig-zag) and (spiral). Twenty seven experiments were carried out on samples of Al- 6061, using the full factorial design method with three parameters: ball diameter, ball path and force, with three levels of each parameter.
Thin walled Steel products are very much used in the construction industry, where it is cold formed from uniform thickness steel plates. This study aims at determining the optimal section of cold formed thin walled lipped C compressed member under the effect of several levels of axial force using Genetic Algorithm. The research found that the genetic algorithm is able to resolve the issue of the optimal design of studied column with high efficiency, accuracy. Also it found that the torsional flexural buckling constraint and the overall buckling constraint in x-direction are the effective constraints in case of long height. The study recommends restudying the same issue as a multi objective optimization problem by adding additional objective functions which are the overall buckling in x&y directions.
In this research, specimens of aluminum alloy 6061 were received, and chemical composition was investigated. After that solution heat treatment was applied on it at 530°C, a section of these specimens was quenched in water and anther quenched in oil, and two sections were aged at 160°C for times (1,3,5 h), and thus obtained six samples differ in condition of heat treatment in addition to as received specimen.
The extensive theoretical and empirical studies about the pressure and flux speed of an incompressible fluid have shown a number of varied hydraulic problems. This is as a result of insufficiency In analyzing and studying the variable forces and factors that are changing in both direction and magnitude. These forces appear when a fluid flows inside permeable cylindrical pipes. For this reason , we took into consideration all factors and losses affecting this case. Based on that, we obtained new mathematical equations to calculate both pressure and speed. Then we placed a solved arithmetic example. Through which we showed the tendency to reach constant streaming at all times studied after adding the new parameters.
