The actual effect of unplanned transition of rural environment with its different components towards urban areas had played a big role in giving the gray tincture on the housing reality of Syrian cities in general, which in turn released a problem that faced planners to solve as one of the most important priorities through concentrating on the possibility of selective elevating of positive specifications of the rural environment as a large effect contributing factor in solving the housing problem through suggesting a group of helping solutions by implementing them as a developing type with a rural quality in actual stopping of housing problem.

In this research ,we studied the problem of multicollinearity among
independent variables in the multiple regression model this matter
leads to a mistake in one of the essential conditions of the multiple
regression model and getting incorrect res
ults.
At the beginning we have introduced documented theoretical study
of the kinds of the multicollinearity and of the reasons of the
problem of the multiple regression model and some methods to
discover them.
In addition to this we mentioned some methods that treat the cases of
multiple regression model then we introduced a new method to treat
multicollineartiy and apply it to an example .
In this method we have dealt with multicollinearity on the hand and
solved the problem of discrepancy between the significant of the
regression model and the non-significant of one or more coefficient.
In this paper, we presents a solution for those problems by using (CAN)
protocol in ATM networks due to many features such as the priority of
access and lose-free bus arbitration. We designed a new application layer
for using (CAN) in ATM network.
Then we compared this proposal
pattern with the current ATM network by using MATLAB.

or more non-significant parameter and we have made anew algorithm to solve
the phenomenon outliers on the one hand and solving the problem of the
significant of multiple regression.
In the past four decades, the woven fabrics has been subject to inordinate
competition which has primarily come from the fashion (short runs),
knitting, and nonwoven segments. The weaving machinery manufacturers answered
the pressure of competitio
n by concentrating on the design of looms that offered relatively
very high speeds. Obviously, to meet the demands of the higher productivity on the loom,
the material characteristics and the quality and efficiency of the preceding processes also
needed to be improved. And this improvement is doing by encapsulate the yarn with size
film before weaving, by the sizing process which considered as the heart of weaving.
this research is aimed to studying the affective factors of sizing, and define the ideal
values of it. This research reffered to the effect of sizing machine speed on yarn size
witting time and then on its coating percent, other side the rollers squeezing pressure of
sizing machine and sizing solution viscosity affect on yarn size coating percent too which
affecting on its resistance toward weaving operation and usage later, because , the success
of sizing process leads to success the following stages like, weaving, finishing, and then,
success in fabric usage.
The problem of outliers values is considered one of the important
objects that affect the estimation of statistical intermediaries
specially regression model intermediaries.
We have tried in this research to introduce a comprehensive study
Of the
outliers and some ways of exploring and treating them.
In addition to , we have put anew algorithm that helps to find the
estimation of the outliers.
This matter helps in treating outliers and getting exact results in
regression analysis.
