We formulate an action principle for the operator product expansion (OPE) describing how a given OPE coefficient changes under a deformation induced by a marginal or relevant operator. Our action principle involves no ad-hoc regulator or renormalization and applies to general (Euclidean) quantum field theories. It implies a natural definition of the renormalization group flow for the OPE coefficients and of coupling constants. When applied to the case of conformal theories, the action principle gives a system of coupled dynamical equations for the conformal data. The last result has also recently been derived (without considering tensor structures) independently by Behan (arXiv:1709.03967) using a different argument. Our results were previously announced and outlined at the meetings In memoriam Rudolf Haag in September 2016 and the Wolfhart Zimmermann memorial symposium in May 2017.

We extend the Operator Product Expansion for Null Polygon Wilson loops to the Mason-Skinner-Caron-Huot super loop, dual to non MHV gluon amplitudes. We explain how the known tree level amplitudes can be promoted into an infinite amount of data at any loop order in the OPE picture. As an application, we re-derive all one loop NMHV six gluon amplitudes by promoting their tree level expressions. We also present some new all loops predictions for these amplitudes.
Within the superspace formulation for four-dimensional N = 2 matter-coupled supergravity developed in arXiv:0805.4683, we elaborate two approaches to reduce the superfield action to components. One of them is based on the principle of projective invariance which is a purely N = 2 concept having no analogue in simple supergravity. In this approach, the component reduction of the action is performed without imposing any Wess-Zumino gauge condition, that is by keeping intact all the gauge symmetries of the superfield action, including the super-Weyl invariance. As a simple application, the c-map is derived for the first time from superfield supergravity. Our second approach to component reduction is based on the method of normal coordinates around a submanifold in a curved superspace, which we develop in detail. We derive differential equations which are obeyed by the vielbein and the connection in normal coordinates, and which can be used to reconstruct these objects, in principle in closed form. A separate equation is found for the super-determinant of the vielbein, which allows one to reconstruct it without a detailed knowledge of the vielbein. This approach is applicable to any supergravity theory in any number of space-time dimensions. As a simple application of this construction, we reduce an integral over the curved N = 2 superspace to that over the chiral subspace of the full superspace. We also give a new representation for the curved projective-superspace action principle as a chiral integral.

We show that the correlator of three large charge operators with minimal scaling dimension can be computed semiclassically in CFTs with a $U(1)$ symmetry for arbitrary fixed values of the ratios of their charges. We obtain explicitly the OPE coefficient from the numerical solution of a nonlinear boundary value problem in the conformal superfluid EFT in $3d$. The result applies in all three-dimensional CFTs with a $U(1)$ symmetry whose large charge sector is a superfluid.
In this work we apply the lightcone bootstrap to a four-point function of scalars in two-dimensional conformal field theory. We include the entire Virasoro symmetry and consider non-rational theories with a gap in the spectrum from the vacuum and no conserved currents. For those theories, we compute the large dimension limit (h/c>>1) of the OPE spectral decomposition of the Virasoro vacuum. We then propose a kernel ansatz that generalizes the spectral decomposition beyond h/c>>1. Finally, we estimate the corrections to the OPE spectral densities from the inclusion of the lightest operator in the spectrum.
A recent, integrability-based conjecture in the framework of the Wilson loop OPE for N=4 SYM theory, predicts the leading OPE contribution for the hexagon MHV remainder function and NMHV ratio function to all loops, in integral form. We prove that these integrals evaluate to a particular basis of harmonic polylogarithms, at any order in the weak coupling expansion. The proof constitutes an algorithm for the direct computation of the integrals, which we employ in order to obtain the full (N)MHV OPE contribution in question up to 6 loops, and certain parts of it up to 12 loops. We attach computer-readable files with our results, as well as an algorithm implementation which may be readily used to generate higher-loop corrections. The feasibility of obtaining the explicit kinematical dependence of the first term in the OPE in principle at arbitrary loop order, offers promise for the suitability of this approach as a non-perturbative description of Wilson loops/scattering amplitudes.
