The process of decision-making in organizations is based on personal approval and experience and is largely influenced by the personal and organizational values of the decision-maker. As well as lack of scientific methods in the process of decisio n-making, which negatively affects the quality of decisions taken. This research is an attempt to shed light on the role of personal and organizational values in the quality of multi-criteria decisionmaking.
