The Human Resources occupies an important place among the institutions which
seek to achieve their goals, because institutions can not achieve its goals without the
human element, and even the efficiency of institutions and success became related t
o the
performance efficiency of its members
So this study is interested to identify the effect of the sex of the employees of sports
institutions’ on their actual administrative performance. The descriptive method is used
and applied on a sample consisted of (206) administrative employees working in the sports
institutions in Lattakia and Tartous governates .
The study conclude that there is no relation between the sex variable and the
efficiency of the administrative performance of the employees.
