After the study we made,it is clear that adivorce settlement is
adivorce with the agreement of the couple which is done with
positively and acceptance. And its legitimacy has been proven
by the Holy Quran, the noble sunnah, consensus, and
reasona
ble. And the origin of it is the hate, and the Syrian court
of cassation adapted the divorce by settlement as an irrevocable
divorce, which is followed by dropping of each of the couple,s
financial rights to wards the other like the dowry and the
previous expense.
