AlMaghreb and AlAndalus through their long history have experienced several crises. And troubles which befell them 'there fore they could absorb them at times and feel defeated atOther.But on the whole these crises affected social balance either in theform deviation And immoral actions like theft burglary rape monopolization and highwaying or in the form of mentalities which manifested themselves in fairy –thinking magic,sorceryand reflected Negatively on the society`s development.
