The aim of this study was to identify the professional growth
programmers for staff members at Al-Balqa'a University. It also aimed to
find out the effect of sex, qualification, specialization, experience and
academic grade on the methods of vocat
ional growth for staff members at
Al-Baqka'a Applied University.
The study specifically attempted to answer these two questions:
What is the professional growth method used by staff members at
Al-Balqa'a Applied University?
Is there a significant difference on the professional growth methods
due to sex, qualification, specialization, experience and academic grade
from their points of view?
