Testimony in Electronic Crime

In this research, we shed light on the testimony as a mean of proof, we studied its essence in one hand, and its governing rules in electronic crimes, and we clarified the categories of electronic crime witnesses, how obliged the witness can be regarding informing about the electronic crime, the justifications of this obligation, its rules, and its essence. At the end of this research, we concluded the necessity of legalizing special regulations regarding testimony in electronic crime so it can be used as a mean of proof to help investigating authoritiesin revealing electronic crime mysteries, punish the perpetrators, and bring them to justice.

The Prevention of Witness in The Syrian Evidence Law

This study aims to specify the states that people prevented from witness in The Syrian Evidence Law, and to clarify the states that include the reason of prevention but they are not mentioned in law. Besides jurisprudence in this field.

Educational and Cultural Role of The Syrian Educational Satellite Channel in Developing The Performance of Students ( A Field Study ) To acknowledge The Viewpoint of GCE Students at The Official Schools in The Governorate of Damascus

The research aims to identify the viewpoint of GCE Students at the official schools in the governorate of Damascus about role that the Educational Satellite Channel in pays Developing the Students, performance and detect whether there were statistically significant differences between the students of secondary school certificate regarding the role of the Syrian educational satellite channel specialization in developing their performance according to the research variables (sex). This study is conducted on a sample of general secondary students at state schools in the province of Damascus in the academic year 2010 - 2011, which amounted to (280) students.
