With the advent of a new generation of cosmological experiments that will provide high-precision measurements of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) and galaxies in the large-scale structure, it is pertinent to examine the potential of performing a joint analysis of multiple cosmological probes. In this paper, we study the cosmological information content contained in the one-loop power spectra and tree bispectra of galaxies cross-correlated with CMB lensing. We use the FFTLog method to compute angular correlations in spherical harmonic space, applicable for wide angles that can be accessed by forthcoming galaxy surveys. We find that adding the bispectra and cross-correlations with CMB lensing offers a significant improvement in parameter constraints, including those on the total neutrino mass, $M_ u$, and local non-Gaussianity amplitude, $f_{rm NL}$. In particular, our results suggest that the combination of the Vera C. Rubin Observatorys Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST) and CMB-S4 will be able to achieve $sigma(M_ u)=42$ meV from galaxy and CMB lensing correlations, and $sigma(M_ u)=12$ meV when further combined with the CMB temperature and polarization data, without any prior on the optical depth.

We present LCDM cosmological parameter constraints obtained from delensed microwave background power spectra. Lensing maps from a subset of DR4 data from the Atacama Cosmology Telescope (ACT) are used to undo the lensing effect in ACT spectra observe d at 150 and 98 GHz. At 150 GHz, we remove the lensing distortion with an effective efficiency of 30% (TT), 30% (EE), 26% (TE) and 20% (BB); this results in detections of the delensing effect at 8.7 sigma (TT), 5.1 sigma (EE), 2.6 sigma (TE), and 2.4 sigma (BB) significance. The combination of 150 and 98 GHz TT, EE, and TE delensed spectra is well fit by a standard LCDM model. We also measure the shift in best-fit parameters when fitting delensed versus lensed spectra; while this shift does not inform our ability to measure cosmological parameters, it does provide a three-way consistency check among the lensing inferred from the best-fit parameters, the lensing in the CMB power spectrum, and the reconstructed lensing map. This shift is predicted to be zero when fitting with the correct model since both lensed and delensed spectra originate from the same region of sky. Fitting with a LCDM model and marginalizing over foregrounds, we find that the shift in cosmological parameters is consistent with zero. Our results show that gravitational lensing of the microwave background is internally consistent within the framework of the standard cosmological model.
Perturbation theory of large-scale structures of the Universe at next-to-leading order and next-to-next-to-leading order provides us with predictions of cosmological statistics at sub-percent level in the mildly non-linear regime. Its use to infer co smological parameters from spectroscopic surveys, however, is hampered by the computational cost of making predictions for a large number of parameters. In order to reduce the running time of the codes, we present a fast scheme in the context of the regularized perturbation theory approach and applied it to power spectra at 2-loop level and bispectra at 1-loop level, including the impact of binning. This method utilizes a Taylor expansion of the power spectrum as a functional of the linear power spectrum around fiducial points at which costly direct evaluation of perturbative diagrams is performed and tabulated. The computation of the predicted spectra for arbitrary cosmological parameters then requires only one-dimensional integrals that can be done within a few minutes. It makes this method suitable for Markov chain Monte-Carlo analyses for cosmological parameter inference.

The Chern-Simons term, through which the cosmic Axion-like field couples to the electromagnetic field, has the effect to rotate CMB polarization directions and to break the CPT symmetry. This rotation will change the CMB power spectra, no matter isot ropic or anisotropic the rotation angle is. In this paper we revisit this issue by further considering the correlations between the (anisotropic) rotation angle $alpha$ and the CMB temperature and (unrotated) $E$ polarization fields. These correlations could be generated in the Axion-like models with nonzero potential under the adiabatic initial condition. We first investigate how these correlations contribute further modifications to the CMB power spectra, then calculate the CMB bispectra for the temperature and rotated polarization fields. These bispectra would vanish if the $Talpha$ and $Ealpha$ correlations are absent. So, they are useful in searching for CPT violation and the $Talpha$ and $Ealpha$ correlations arisen in the Axion-like models.
We investigate the statistical power of higher-order statistics and cross-correlation statistics to constrain the primordial non-Gaussianity from the imaging surveys. In particular, we consider the local-type primordial non- Gaussianity and discuss h ow well one can tightly constrain the higher-order non-Gaussian parameters ($g_{rm NL}$ and $tau_{rm NL}$) as well as the leading order parameter $f_{rm NL}$ from the halo/galaxy clustering and weak gravitational lensing measurements. Making use of a strong scale-dependent behavior in the galaxy/halo clustering, Fisher matrix analysis reveals that the bispectra can break the degeneracy between non-Gaussian parameters ($f_{rm NL}$, $g_{rm NL}$ and $tau_{rm NL}$) and this will give simultaneous constraints on those three parameters. The combination of cross-correlation statistics further improves the constraints by factor of 2. As a result, upcoming imaging surveys like the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope have the potential to improve the constraints on the primordial non-Gaussianity much tighter than those obtained from the CMB measurement by Planck, giving us an opportunity to test the single-sourced consistency relation, $tau_{rm NL} ge (36/25) f_{rm NL}^2$.
Models of Dark Matter (DM) can leave unique imprints on the Universes small scale structure by boosting density perturbations on small scales. We study the capability of Pulsar Timing Arrays to search for, and constrain, subhalos from such models. Th e models of DM we consider are ordinary adiabatic perturbations in $Lambda$CDM, QCD axion miniclusters, models with early matter domination, and vector DM produced during inflation. We show that $Lambda$CDM, largely due to tidal stripping effects in the Milky Way, is out of reach for PTAs (as well as every other probe proposed to detect DM small scale structure). Axion miniclusters may be within reach, although this depends crucially on whether the axion relic density is dominated by the misalignment or string contribution. Models where there is matter domination with a reheat temperature below 1 GeV may be observed with future PTAs. Lastly, vector DM produced during inflation can be detected if it is lighter than $10^{-16} ,{rm GeV}$. We also make publicly available a Python Monte Carlo tool for generating the PTA time delay signal from any model of DM substructure.
