We study the thermodynamic quantities such as the Helmholtz free energy, the mean energy and the specific heat for both the Klein-Gordon, and Dirac equations. Our analyze includes two main subsections: ($i$) statistical functions for the Klein-Gordon equation with a linear potential having Lorentz vector, and Lorentz scalar parts ($ii$) thermodynamic functions for the Dirac equation with a Lorentz scalar, inverse-linear potential by assuming that the scalar potential field is strong ($A gg 1$). We restrict ourselves to the case where only the positive part of the spectrum gives a contribution to the sum in partition function. We give the analytical results for high temperatures.

We study some thermodynamics quantities for the Klein-Gordon equation with a linear plus inverse-linear, scalar potential. We obtain the energy eigenvalues with the help of the quantization rule coming from the biconfluent Heuns equation. We use a me thod based on the Euler-MacLaurin formula to compute the thermal functions analytically by considering only the contribution of positive part of spectrum to the partition function.
We investigate wavepacket dynamics across supercritical barriers for the Klein-Gordon and Dirac equations. Our treatment is based on a multiple scattering expansion (MSE). For spin-0 particles, the MSE diverges, rendering invalid the use of the usual connection formulas for the scattering basis functions. In a time-dependent formulation, the divergent character of the MSE naturally accounts for charge creation at the barrier boundaries. In the Dirac case, the MSE converges and no charge is created. We show that this time-dependent charge behavior dynamics can adequately explain the Klein paradox in a first quantized setting. We further compare our semi-analytical wavepacket approach to exact finite-difference solutions of the relativistic wave equations.

We study the scattering problems for the quadratic Klein-Gordon equations with radial initial data in the energy space. For 3D, we prove small data scattering, and for 4D, we prove large data scattering with mass below the ground state.
The dynamical symmetries of the two-dimensional Klein-Gordon equations with equal scalar and vector potentials (ESVP) are studied. The dynamical symmetries are considered in the plane and the sphere respectively. The generators of the SO(3) group cor responding to the Coulomb potential, and the SU(2) group corresponding to the harmonic oscillator potential are derived. Moreover, the generators in the sphere construct the Higgs algebra. With the help of the Casimir operators, the energy levels of the Klein-Gordon systems are yielded naturally.

We study the Dirac and the klein-Gordon oscillators in a noncommutative space. It is shown that the Klein-Gordon oscillator in a noncommutative space has a similar behaviour to the dynamics of a particle in a commutative space and in a constant magne tic field. The Dirac oscillator in a noncommutative space has a similar equation to the equation of motion for a relativistic fermion in a commutative space and in a magnetic field, however a new exotic term appears, which implies that a charged fermion in a noncommutative space has an electric dipole moment.
