The spectrum of the glueball with $J^{PC}=0^{--}$ is computed using different bottom-up holographic models of QCD. The results indicate a lowest-lying state lighter than in the determination by other methods, with mass $m simeq 2.8$ GeV. The in-medium properties of this gluonium are investigated, and stability against thermal and density effects is compared to other hadronic systems. Production and decay modes are identified, useful for searching the $J^{PC}=0^{--}$ glueball.

Holography provides a novel method to study the physics of Quark Gluon Plasmas, complementary to the ordinary field theory and lattice approaches. In this context, we analyze the informations that can be obtained for strongly coupled Plasmas containi ng dynamical flavors, also in the presence of a finite baryon chemical potential. In particular, we discuss the jet quenching and the hydrodynamic transport coefficients.

V-QCD is a class of effective holographic models for QCD which fully includes the backreaction of quarks to gluon dynamics. The physics of the theta-angle and the axial anomaly can be consistently included in these models. We analyze their phase diag rams over ranges of values of the quark mass, N_f/N_c, and theta, computing observables such as the topological susceptibility and the meson masses. At small quark mass, where effective chiral Lagrangians are reliable, they agree with the predictions of V-QCD.
We consider a holographic QCD model for light mesons beyond the leading order in the context of 5-dim gauged linear sigma model on the interval in the AdS$_5$ space. We include two dimension-6 operators in addition to the canonical bulk kinetic terms , and study chiral dynamics of $pi$, $rho$, $a_1$ and some of their KK modes. As novel features of dim-6 operators, we get non-vanishing Br$(a_1 to pi gamma)$, the electromagnetic form factor and the charge radius of a charged pion, which improve the leading order results significantly and agree well with the experimental results.
We study the physics with finite nuclear density in the framework of AdS/QCD with holographic baryon field included. Based on a mean field type approach, we introduce the nucleon density as a bi-fermion condensate of the lowest mode of the baryon fie ld and calculate the density dependence of the chiral condensate and the nucleon mass. We observe that the chiral condensate as well as the mass of nucleon decrease with increasing nuclear density. We also consider the mass splitting of charged vector mesons in iso-spin asymmetric nuclear matter.
