Several collaborations have recently performed lattice calculations aimed specifically at dark matter, including work with SU(2), SU(3), SU(4) and SO(4) gauge theories to represent the dark sector. Highlights of these studies are presented here, after a reminder of how lattice calculations in QCD itself are helping with the hunt for dark matter.
QCD is expected to have a rich phase structure. It is empirically known to be difficult to access low temperature and nonzero chemical potential $mu$ regions in lattice QCD simulations. We address this issue in a lattice QCD with the use of a dimensi
I present first results from ongoing lattice investigations into the finite-temperature dynamics of stealth dark matter, which adds to the standard model a new SU(4) gauge sector with four moderately heavy fundamental fermions. This work by the Latti
We explore the phase structure and symmetry breaking in four-dimensional SU(3) gauge theory with one spatial compact dimension on the lattice in the presence of fermions in the adjoint and fundamental representations with general boundary conditions.
We discuss the significance of charm baryon spectroscopy in hadron physics and review the recent developments of the spectra of charmed baryons in lattice calculations. Special emphasis is given on the recent studies of highly excited charm baryon st
The extraction of hadron-hadron scattering parameters from lattice data by using the Luscher approach becomes increasingly complicated in the presence of inelastic channels. We propose a method for the direct extraction of the complex hadron-hadron o
