We present our study of bound states of the fourth generation quarks in the range of 500 to 700 GeV,where we expect binding energies are mainly of Yukawa origin, with QCD subdominant. Near degeneracy of their masses exhibits a new isospin. We find the most interesting is the production of a color octet, isosinglet vector meson via $qbar q to omega_8$. Its leading decay modes are $pi_8^pm W^mp$, $pi_8^0Z^0$, and constituent quark decay, with $qbar q$ and $tbar t$ and $bbar b$ subdominant. The color octet, isovector pseudoscalar $pi_8$ meson decays via constituent quark decay, or to $Wg$. This work calls for more detailed study of 4th generation phenomena at LHC.

The present paper is based on the assumption that heavy quarks bound states exist in the Standard Model (SM). Considering New Bound States (NBS) of top-anti-top quarks (named T-balls) we have shown that: 1) there exists the scalar 1S--bound state of $6t+6bar t$; 2) the forces which bind the top-quarks are very strong and almost completely compensate the mass of the twelve top-anti-top-quarks in the scalar NBS; 3) such strong forces are produced by the Higgs-top-quarks interaction with a large value of the top-quark Yukawa coupling constant $g_tsimeq 1$. Theory also predicts the existence of the NBS $6t + 5bar t$, which is a color triplet and a fermion similar to the $t$-quark of the fourth generation. We have also considered the b-quark-replaced NBS, estimated the masses of the lightest fermionic NBS: $M_{NBS}gtrsim 300$ GeV, and discussed the larger masses of T-balls. We have developed a theory of the scalar T-balls condensate and predicted the existence of three SM phases. Searching for heavy quark bound states at the Tevatron and LHC is discussed. We have constructed the possible form-factors of T-balls, and estimated the charge multiplicity coming from the T-balls decays.
In this work, we analyse and demonstrate possible strategies to explore extended Higgs sector of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). In particular we concentrate on heavy Higgs decays to electroweakinos. We analyse the Higgs to electrow eakino decays in the allowed MSSM parameter space after taking into account 13 TeV LHC searches for supersymmetric particles and phenomenological constraints such as flavour physics, Higgs measurements and dark matter constraints. We explore some novel aspects of these Higgs decays. The final states resulting from Higgs to electroweakino decays will have backgrounds arising from the Standard Model as well as direct electroweakino production at the LHC. We demonstrate explicit kinematical differences between Higgs to electroweakino decays and associated backgrounds. Furthermore, we demonstrate for a few specific example points, optimised analysis search strategies at the high luminosity LHC (HL-LHC) run. Finally, we comment on possible search strategies for heavy Higgs decays to exotic final states, where the lightest chargino is long lived and leads to a disappearing track at the LHC.

Within the Standard model with the 4th generation quarks b and t we have analyzed CP-violating flavor changing neutral current processes t -> cX; b-> sX, b-> bX,t-> cX, and t-> tX, with X=Z,H,gamma,g, by constructing and employing global, unique fit for the 4th generation mass mixing matrix CKM4 at 300 < m_t < 700 GeV. All quantities appearing in the CKM4 were subject to our fitting procedure. We have found that our fit produces the following CP partial rate asymmetry dominance: a_CP(b-> s(Z,H,gamma,g))= (90,73,52,30)%, at m_t ~ 300,300,380,400 GeV, respectively. From the experimental point of view the best decay mode, out of the above four, is certainly b-> s gamma, because of the presence of a clean high energy single final state photon. We have also obtained relatively large a_CP(t -> c g) ~ 15 (10)% for t running in the loops with the mass m_t= 650(500) GeV. There are fair chances that the 4th generation quarks will be discovered at Tevatron or LHC and that some of their decay rates shall be measured. If b and t exist at energies we assumed, with well executed tagging, large a_CP could be found too.
We explore the LHC reach on beyond-the-Standard Model (BSM) particles $X$ associated with a new strong force in a hidden sector. We focus on the motivated scenario where the SM and hidden sectors are connected by fermionic mediators $psi^{+, 0}$ that carry SM electroweak charges. The most promising signal is the Drell-Yan production of a $psi^pm bar{psi}^0$ pair, which forms an electrically charged vector bound state $Upsilon^pm$ due to the hidden force and later undergoes resonant annihilation into $W^pm X$. We analyze this final state in detail in the cases where $X$ is a real scalar $phi$ that decays to $bbar{b}$, or a dark photon $gamma_d$ that decays to dileptons. For prompt $X$ decays, we show that the corresponding signatures can be efficiently probed by extending the existing ATLAS and CMS diboson searches to include heavy resonance decays into BSM particles. For long-lived $X$, we propose new searches where the requirement of a prompt hard lepton originating from the $W$ boson ensures triggering and essentially removes any SM backgrounds. To illustrate the potential of our results, we interpret them within two explicit models that contain strong hidden forces and electroweak-charged mediators, namely $lambda$-supersymmetry (SUSY) and non-SUSY ultraviolet extensions of the Twin Higgs model. The resonant nature of the signals allows for the reconstruction of the mass of both $Upsilon^pm$ and $X$, thus providing a wealth of information about the hidden sector.
We use a diffusion Monte Carlo method to solve the many-body Schrodinger equation describing fully-heavy tetraquark systems. This approach allows to reduce the uncertainty of the numerical calculation at the percent level, accounts for multi-particle correlations in the physical observables, and avoids the usual quark-clustering assumed in other theoretical techniques applied to the same problem. The interaction between particles was modeled by the most general and accepted potential, i.e. a pairwise interaction including Coulomb, linear-confining and hyperfine spin-spin terms. This means that, in principle, our analysis should provide some rigorous statements about the mass location of the all-heavy tetraquark ground states, which is particularly timely due to the very recent observation made by the LHCb collaboration of some enhancements in the invariant mass spectra of $J/psi$-pairs. Our main results are: (i) the $ccbar cbar c$, $ccbar bbar b$ ($bbbar cbar c$) and $bbbar b bar b$ lowest-lying states are located well above their corresponding meson-meson thresholds; (ii) the $J^{PC}=0^{++}$ $ccbar cbar c$ ground state with preferred quark-antiquark pair configurations is compatible with the enhancement(s) observed by the LHCb collaboration; (iii) our results for the $ccbar cbar b$ and $bbbar cbar b$ sectors seem to indicate that the $0^+$ and $1^+$ ground states are almost degenerate with the $2^+$ located around $100,text{MeV}$ above them; (iv) smaller mass splittings for the $cbbar cbar b$ system are predicted, with absolute mass values in reasonable agreement with other theoretical works; (v) the $1^{++}$ $cbbar cbar b$ tetraquark ground state lies at its lowest $S$-wave meson-meson threshold and it is compatible with a molecular configuration.
