A renormalizable coupling between the Higgs and a scalar unparticle operator O_U of non-integer dimension d_U < 2 gives rise, after electroweak symmetry breaking, to a mass gap in the unparticle continuum and a shift in the original Higgs mass, which can end up above or below the mass gap. We show that, besides the displaced Higgs state, a new isolated state can generically appear in the spectrum near or below the mass gap. Such state (which we call phantom Higgs) is a mixture of Higgs and unparticles and therefore has universally reduced couplings to fermions and gauge bosons. This phenomenon could cause the mass of the lightest Higgs state accessible to colliders to be much smaller than the mass expected from the SM Lagrangian.

We study interactions of unparticles ${cal {U}}$ of dimension $d_{cal {U}}$ due to Georgi with Standard Model (SM) fields through effective operators. The unparticles describe the low energy physics of a non-trivial scale invariant sector. Since unpa rticles come from beyond the SM physics, it is plausible that they transform as a singlet under the SM gauge group. This helps tremendously in limiting possible interactions. We analyze interactions of scalar ${cal {U}}$, vector ${cal {U}}$$^mu$ and spinor ${cal {U}}$$^s$ unparticles with SM fields and derivatives up to dimension four. Using these operators, we discuss different features of producing unparticles at $e^+ e^-$ collider and other phenomenologies. It is possible to distinguish different unparticles produced at $e^+e^-$ collider by looking at various distributions of production cross sections.
We investigate the single top quark production with the exchange of unparticles through high energy photon-photon collision $gamma gammato t bar c$. The effects of unparticles on the scattering cross sections for different polarization configurations , and for various values of the scaling dimension $d, 1<d<2$ are analysed. It is shown that the $(+-)$ polarisation configuration is more preferable searching for unparticle physics signatures.
The derivation of Feynman rules for unparticles carrying standard model quantum numbers is discussed. In particular, this note demonstrates that an application of Mandelstams approach to constructing a gauge-invariant action reproduces for unparticle s the vertices one obtains through the usual minimal coupling scheme; other non-trivial requirements are satisfied as well. This approach is compared to an alternative method 0801.0892 that has recently been constructed by A. L. Licht.

We recompute the invisible Higgs decay width arising from Higgs-graviscalar mixing in the ADD model, comparing the original derivation in the non-diagonal mass basis to that in a diagonal mass basis. The results obtained are identical (and differ by a factor of 2 from the original calculation) but the diagonal-basis derivation is pedagogically useful for clarifying the physics of the invisible width from mixing. We emphasize that both derivations make it clear that a direct scan in energy for a process such as $WWto WW$ mediated by Higgs plus graviscalar intermediate resonances would follow a {it single} Breit-Wigner form with total width given by $Gamma^{tot}=Gamma_h^{SM}+Gamma_{invisible}$. We also compute the additional contributions to the invisible width due to direct Higgs to graviscalar pair decays. We find that the invisible width due to the latter is relatively small unless the Higgs mass is comparable to or larger than the effective extra-dimensional Planck mass.

We study the time evolution of the test scalar and electromagnetic fields perturbations in configurations of phantom wormholes surrounded by dark energy with state parameter $omega< -1$. We observe obvious signals of echoes reflecting wormholes prope rties and disclose the physical reasons behind such phenomena. In particular, we find that the dark energy equation of state has a clear imprint in echoes in wave perturbations. When $omega$ approaches the phantom divide $omega=-1$ from below, the delay time of echoes becomes longer. The echo of gravitational wave is likely to be detected in the near future, the signature of the dark energy equation of state in the echo spectrum can serve as a local measurement of the dark energy.
