أجريت تجربة البحث في جامعة كاليفورنيا – ديفس، الزراعة و الموارد الطبيعية – مركز كيرنيي
الزراعي الإرشادي التعاوني KAC و يقع هذا المركز في منطقة بارلير (كاليفورنيا).
بدأ البحث في اليوم الأول من شهر تشرين الثاني عام 2001 م و امتد حتى نهاية شهر شباط من عام
2002 م. و قد أجري هذا البحث باستخدام صنفين من الفستق الحلبي تابعين للنوع Pistacia vera و هما
الصنف المؤنث كيرمان Kerman و ملقحه بيترز Peters اللذان تم تطعيمهما على الأصل 1 UCB.
The research trial was carried out at University of California, Davis,
Agriculture and Natural Resources, Cooperative Extension–Kearney
Agricultural Center (KAC).
Part of the scientific work in the laboratory started from November 1, 2001
throughout the end of February 2002. This trial was conducted using Pistacia
vera; the female variety ‘Kerman’ and its pollinator, variety ‘Peters’;… both
are grafted on the rootstock UCB1.
