We study a generalization of the isomonodromic deformation to the case of connections with irregular singularities. We call this generalization Isostokes Deformation. A new deformation parameter arises: one can deform the formal normal forms of connections at irregular points. We study this part of the deformation, giving an algebraic description. Then we show how to use loop groups and hypercohomology to write explicit hamiltonians. We work on an arbitrary complete algebraic curve, the structure group is an arbitrary semisimiple group.

We introduce a natural nondegeneracy condition for Poisson structures, called holonomicity, which is closely related to the notion of a log symplectic form. Holonomic Poisson manifolds are privileged by the fact that their deformation spaces are as f inite-dimensional as one could ever hope: the corresponding derived deformation complex is a perverse sheaf. We develop some basic structural features of these manifolds, highlighting the role played by the divergence of Hamiltonian vector fields. As an application, we establish the deformation-invariance of certain families of Poisson manifolds defined by Feigin and Odesskii, along with the elliptic algebras that quantize them.
In this paper we prove that the etale sheafification of the functor arising from the quotient of an algebraic supergroup by a closed subsupergroup is representable by a smooth superscheme.
The solutions to the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation that arise from a fixed complex algebraic curve are parametrized by a threefold in a weighted projective space, which we name after Boris Dubrovin. Current methods from nonlinear algebra are applie d to study parametrizations and defining ideals of Dubrovin threefolds. We highlight the dichotomy between transcendental representations and exact algebraic computations. Our main result on the algebraic side is a toric degeneration of the Dubrovin threefold into the product of the underlying canonical curve and a weighted projective plane.
Coisotropic deformations of algebraic varieties are defined as those for which an ideal of the deformed variety is a Poisson ideal. It is shown that coisotropic deformations of sets of intersection points of plane quadrics, cubics and space algebraic curves are governed, in particular, by the dKP, WDVV, dVN, d2DTL equations and other integrable hydrodynamical type systems. Particular attention is paid to the study of two- and three-dimensional deformations of elliptic curves. Problem of an appropriate choice of Poisson structure is discussed.
We develop a theory of integrable dispersive deformations of 2+1 dimensional Hamiltonian systems of hydrodynamic type following the scheme proposed by Dubrovin and his collaborators in 1+1 dimensions. Our results show that the multi-dimensional situa tion is far more rigid, and generic Hamiltonians are not deformable. As an illustration we discuss a particular class of two-component Hamiltonian systems, establishing the triviality of first order deformations and classifying Hamiltonians possessing nontrivial deformations of the second order.
