In this paper an analytical description of spin-effects in hadron-hadron scattering is presented by using PMD-SQS-optimum principle in which the differential cross sections in the forward and backward c.m. angles are considered fixed from the experimental data. The experimental tests of the optimal predictions, obtained by using the available phase shifts, are discussed.

Coupled-channel dynamics for scattering and production processes in partial-wave amplitudes is discussed from a perspective that emphasizes unitarity and analyticity. We elaborate on several methods that have driven to important results in hadron phy
First measurements of azimuthal asymmetries in hadron-pair production in deep-inelastic scattering of muons on transversely polarised ^6LiD (deuteron) and NH_3 (proton) targets are presented. The data were taken in the years 2002-2004 and 2007 with t
We propose to study hadron-hadron scattering using lattice QCD in an asymmetric box which allows one to access more non-degenerate low-momentum modes for a given volume. The conventional L{u}schers formula applicable in a symmetric box is modified ac
In this paper we prove a new optimal bound on the logarithmic slope of the elastic slope when: elastic cross section and differential cross sections in forward and backward directions are known from experimental data. The results on the experimental
