The first measurements of Delta- xF3 are higher than current theoretical predictions. We investigate the sensitivity of these theoretical predictions upon a variety of factors including: renormalization scheme and scale, quark mass effects, higher twist, isospin violation, and PDF uncertainties.

In this work we present dipole scattering amplitudes, including the dependence on the impact-parameter, for a variety of nuclear targets of interest for the electron-ion colliders (EICs) being currently designed. These amplitudes are obtained by nume rically solving the Balitsky-Kovchegov equation with the collinearly improved kernel. Two different cases are studied: initial conditions representing the nucleus under consideration and the solutions based on an initial condition representing a proton complemented by a Glauber-Gribov prescription to obtain dipole-nucleus amplitudes. We find that the energy evolution of these two approaches differ. We use the obtained dipole scattering amplitudes to predict ($i$) nuclear structure functions that can be measured in deep-inelastic scattering at EICs and ($ii$) nuclear suppression factors that reveal the energy evolution of shadowing for the different cases we studied. We compare our predictions with the available data.
Knowledge of the neutrino flux produced by the Neutrinos at the Main Injector (NuMI) beamline is essential to the neutrino oscillation and neutrino interaction measurements of the MINERvA, MINOS+, NOvA and MicroBooNE experiments at Fermi National Acc elerator Laboratory. We have produced a flux prediction which uses all available and relevant hadron production data, incorporating measurements of particle production off of thin targets as well as measurements of particle yields from a spare NuMI target exposed to a 120 GeV proton beam. The result is the most precise flux prediction achieved for a neutrino beam in the one to tens of GeV energy region. We have also compared the prediction to in situ measurements of the neutrino flux and find good agreement.

We discuss calculation of nuclear corrections to the structure functions for the deep-inelastic scattering of muon and (anti)neutrino. Our approach includes a QCD description of the nucleon structure functions as well as the treatment of Fermi motion and nuclear binding, off-shell correction to bound nucleon structure functions, nuclear pion excess and nuclear shadowing. We emphasize the dependence of nuclear effects on the type and C-parity of (anti)neutrino structure functions. We also examine the interplay between different nuclear effects in the Adler and the Gross-Llewellyn-Smith sum rules for nuclei.

Predictions for $e^+e^-to J/psi eta_c$ from previous studies are made by taking charmonia as a nonrelativistic bound state and by using nonrelativistic QCD(NRQCD) approach. The predicted cross-section is smaller by an order of magnitude than the expe rimentally observed. We study the process by taking charm quark as a light quark and use light-cone wave-functions to parameterize nonperturbative effects related to charmonia. The total cross section of $e^+e^-to J/psi eta_c$ can be predicted, if these wave-functions are known. Motivated by studies of light-cone wave-functions of light hadrons, we make a reasonable assumption of the forms of light-cone wave-functions. With these light-cone wave-functions we can obtain the cross section which is more closer to the experimentally observed than that from NRQCD approach. We also discuss in detail the difference between two approaches.

We summarize recent experimental and theoretical results, which were reported in the working group on Structure Functions and Low-x at the DIS 2007 workshop.
