Holographic tensor networks associated to tilings of (1+1)-dimensional de Sitter spacetime are introduced. Basic features of these networks are discussed, compared, and contrasted with conjectured properties of quantum gravity in de Sitter spacetime. Notably, we highlight a correspondence between the quantum information capacity of the network and the cosmological constant.

Quantum Field Theories (QFTs) in Anti-de Sitter (AdS) spacetime are often strongly coupled when the radius of AdS is large, and few methods are available to study them. In this work, we develop a Hamiltonian truncation method to compute the energy sp ectrum of QFTs in two-dimensional AdS. The infinite volume of constant timeslices of AdS leads to divergences in the energy levels. We propose a simple prescription to obtain finite physical energies and test it with numerical diagonalization in several models: the free massive scalar field, $phi^4$ theory, Lee-Yang and Ising field theory. Along the way, we discuss spontaneous symmetry breaking in AdS and derive a compact formula for perturbation theory in quantum mechanics at arbitrary order. Our results suggest that all conformal boundary conditions for a given theory are connected via bulk renormalization group flows in AdS.

We investigate infrared logarithms in inflationary Universe from holographic perspective. We derive gravitational Fokker-Planck and Langevin equations from the consistency condition in quantum gravity. As for primordial perturbations , our approach p redicts the identical spectrum with delta N formalism, supporting the consistency of our approach. The existence of the ultraviolet fixed point indicates that the Universe begun with the de Sitter expansion at the Planck scale. We have constructed the UV complete composite inflation model with the logarithmic scaling violation. The epsilon parameter decreases at first but then grows to terminate the inflation. The epsilon problem is naturally solved and Big Bang Universe is realized in the composite Universe.

We review the results of refs. [1,2], in which the entanglement entropy in spaces with horizons, such as Rindler or de Sitter space, is computed using holography. This is achieved through an appropriate slicing of anti-de Sitter space and the impleme ntation of a UV cutoff. When the entangling surface coincides with the horizon of the boundary metric, the entanglement entropy can be identified with the standard gravitational entropy of the space. For this to hold, the effective Newtons constant must be defined appropriately by absorbing the UV cutoff. Conversely, the UV cutoff can be expressed in terms of the effective Planck mass and the number of degrees of freedom of the dual theory. For de Sitter space, the entropy is equal to the Wald entropy for an effective action that includes the higher-curvature terms associated with the conformal anomaly. The entanglement entropy takes the expected form of the de Sitter entropy, including logarithmic corrections.
We examine the behavior of entanglement entropy of a subsystem $A$ in a fully backreacted holographic model of a $1+1$ dimensional $p$ wave superconductor across the phase transition. For a given temperature, the system goes to a superconducting phas e beyond a critical value of the charge density. The entanglement entropy, considered as a function of the charge density at a given temperature, has a cusp at the critical point. In addition, we find that there are three different behaviors in the condensed phase, depending on the subsystem size. For a subsystem size $l$ smaller than a critical size $l_{c1}$, entanglement entropy continues to increase as a function of the charge density as we cross the phase transition. When $l$ lies between $l_{c1}$ and another critical size $l_{c2}$ the entanglement entropy displays a non-monotonic behavior, while for $l > l_{c2}$ it decreases monotonically. At large charge densities entanglement entropy appears to saturate. The non-monotonic behavior leads to a novel phase diagram for this system.

We analyze the holographic subregion complexity in a $3d$ black hole with the vector hair. This $3d$ black hole is dual to a $1+1$ dimensional $p$-wave superconductor. We probe the black hole by changing the size of the interval and by fixing $q$ or $T$. We show that the universal part is finite across the superconductor phase transition and has competitive behaviors different from the finite part of entanglement entropy. The behavior of the subregion complexity depends on the gravitational coupling constant divided by the gauge coupling constant. When this ratio is less than the critical value, the subregion complexity increases as temperature becomes low. This behavior is similar to the one of the holographic $1+1$ dimensional $s$-wave superconductor arXiv:1704.00557. When the ratio is larger than the critical value, the subregion complexity has a non-monotonic behavior as a function of $q$ or $T$. We also find a discontinuous jump of the subregion complexity as a function of the size of the interval. The subregion complexity has the maximum when it wraps the almost entire spatial circle. Due to competitive behaviors between normal and condensed phases, the universal term in the condensed phase becomes even smaller than that of the normal phase by probing the black hole horizon at a large interval. It implies that the formed condensate decreases the subregion complexity like the case of the entanglement entropy.
