This paper examines the transverse momentum spectra of baryons in the multi-particle production at modern colliders using Quark-Gluon String Model (QGSM). It discusses 1) the difference in Lambda^0 hyperon spectra at antiproton-proton vs. proton-proton reactions; 2) the growth of average transverse momenta of Lambda hyperon with proton-proton collision energies and 3) the dependence of average p_t on the masses of mesons and baryons at the LHC energy 7 TeV. This analysis of baryon spectra led to the following conclusions. First, the fragmentation of antidiquark-diquark side of the pomeron diagram makes the major contribution to baryon production spectra in the asymmetric antiproton-proton reaction. Second, the average p_ts of hyperons steadily grow with energy on the range from 53 GeV to 7 TeV. Since no dramatic changes were seen in the characteristics of baryon production, the hadroproduction processes do not cause the knee in the cosmic ray proton spectra at the energies between Tevatron and LHC.

This paper examines the transverse momentum spectra of hadrons in the multiparticle production at LHC in the framework of the Quark-Gluon String Model (QGSM). It discusses the dependence of average pt on the masses of mesons and baryons at the LHC en ergy 7 TeV. The QGSM description of the experimental spectra of various hadrons led to the number of conclusions. I. The average transverse momenta of baryons and mesons are growing with the hadron mass and for beauty hadrons, they are almost equal to the mass. II. By the product of research, a regularity has been detected in the mass gaps between hadron generations. This hypothesis suggests some hidden symmetrical (neither-meson-nor-baryon) neutral hadron states with the masses: 0.251,0.682,1.85,5.04,13.7,37.2,101.,275.,748.... GeV, which is produced by geometrical progression with the mass factor of order delta(ln M)=1. III. The baryon-meson symmetry seems broken until the mass of beauty hadrons, then the hidden states should be more and more stable with the growth of the mass, so the suggested sequence of hadronic states is a proper candidate for the Dark Matter that, you know, contributes the valuable part to the mass of Universe. The growing average transverse momenta are extrapolated with a similar function, as for energy dependence of average baryon pt, < pt > ~ M**0.1.
We present the results for antineutrino induced quasielastic hyperon production from nucleon and nuclear targets cite{Alam:2014bya,Singh:2006xp}. The inputs are the nucleon-hyperon(N--Y) transition form factors determined from the analysis of neutrin o-nucleon scattering and semileptonic decays of neutron and hyperons using SU(3) symmetry. The calculations for the nuclear targets are done in local density approximation. The nuclear medium effects(NME) like Fermi motion, Pauli blocking and final state interaction(FSI) effects due to hyperon-nucleon scattering have been taken into account. The hyperons giving rise to pions through weak decays also contribute to the weak pion production in addition to the $Delta$ excitation mechanism which dominates in the energy region of $<$ 0.7 GeV. We also present the results of longitudinal and perpendicular components of polarization of final hyperon cite{Akbar:2016awk}. These measurements in the future accelerator experiments with antineutrinos may give some information on axial vector and pseudoscalar form factors in the strangeness sector.
We study differential cross sections for the production of three and four jets in multi-Regge kinematics, the main interest lying on azimuthal angle dependences. The theoretical setup is the jet production from a single BFKL ladder with a convolution of two/three BFKL Green functions, where two forward/backward jets are always tagged in the final state. Furthermore, we require the tagging of one/two further jets in more central regions of the detectors with a relative separation in rapidity. We found, as result, that the dependence on transverse momenta and rapidities of the central jets can be considered as a distinct signal of the onset of BFKL dynamics.
We use the current CMS and ATLAS data for the leptonic $pp to WW, WZ$ channels to show that diboson production is, for a broad class of flavour models, already competitive with LEP-1 measurements for setting bounds on the dimension six operators para metrising the anomalous couplings between the quarks and the electroweak gauge bosons, at least under the assumption that any new particle is heavier than a few TeV. We also make an estimate of the HL-LHC reach with $3$ ab$^{-1}$. We comment on possible BSM interpretations of the bounds, and show the interplay with other searches for a simplified model with vector triplets. We further study the effect of modified $Z$-quark-quark couplings on the anomalous triple gauge coupling bounds. We find that their impact is already significant and that it could modify the constraints on $delta g_{1z}$ and $delta kappa_gamma$ by as much as a factor two at the end of HL-LHC ($lambda_gamma$ is only marginally affected), requiring a global fit to extract robust bounds. We stress the role of flavour assumptions and study explicitly flavour universal and minimal flavour violation scenarios, illustrating the differences with results obtained for universal theories.
We compute the initial energy density and net baryon number density in 5% most central Pb+Pb collisions at $sqrt s=5.5$ TeV from pQCD + (final state) saturation, and describe the evolution of the produced system with boost-invariant transversely expa nding hydrodynamics. In addition to the total multiplicity at midrapidity, we give predictions for the multiplicity of charged hadrons, pions, kaons and (anti)protons, for the total transverse energy and net-baryon number, as well as for the $p_T$-spectrum of charged hadrons, pions and kaons. We also predict the region of applicability of hydrodynamics by comparing these results with high-$p_T$ hadron spectra computed from pQCD and energy losses.
