Relic abundance of asymmetric Dark Matter particles in brane world cosmological scenario is investigated in this article. Hubble expansion rate is enhanced in brane world cosmology and it affects the relic abundance of asymmetric Dark Matter particles. We analyze how the relic abundance of asymmetric Dark Matter is changed in this model. We show that in such kind of nonstandard cosmological scenario, indirect detection of asymmetric Dark Matter is possible if the cross section is small enough which let the anti--particle abundance kept in the same amount with the particle. We show the indirect detection signal constraints can be used to such model only when the cross section and the 5 dimensional Planck mass scale are in appropriate values.

At high energies on a cosmological brane of Randall-Sundrum type, particle interactions can produce gravitons that are emitted into the bulk and that can feed a bulk black hole. We generalize previous investigations of such radiating brane-worlds by allowing for a breaking of Z_2-symmetry, via different bulk cosmological constants and different initial black hole masses on either side of the brane. One of the notable features of asymmetry is a suppression of the asymptotic level of dark radiation, which means that nucleosynthesis constraints are easier to satisfy. There are also models where the radiation escapes to infinity on one or both sides, rather than falling into a black hole, but these models can have negative energy density on the brane.
We derive a system of cosmological equations for a braneworld with induced curvature which is a junction between several bulk spaces. The permutation symmetry of the bulk spaces is not imposed, and the values of the fundamental constants, and even th e signatures of the extra dimension, may be different on different sides of the brane. We then consider the usual partial case of two asymmetric bulk spaces and derive an exact closed system of scalar equations on the brane. We apply this result to the cosmological evolution on such a brane and describe its various partial cases.
We study the effect of a first-order phase transition in a confining $SU(N)$ dark sector with heavy dark quarks. The baryons of this sector are the dark matter candidate. During the confinement phase transition the heavy quarks are trapped inside iso lated, contracting pockets of the deconfined phase, giving rise to a second stage of annihilation that dramatically suppresses the dark quark abundance. The surviving abundance is determined by the local accidental asymmetry in each pocket. The correct dark matter abundance is obtained for $mathcal{O}(1-100)$ PeV dark quarks, above the usual unitarity bound.
We present a new mechanism for producing the correct relic abundance of dark photon dark matter over a wide range of its mass, extending down to $10^{-20},mathrm{eV}$. The dark matter abundance is initially stored in an axion which is misaligned from its minimum. When the axion starts oscillating, it efficiently transfers its energy into dark photons via a tachyonic instability. If the dark photon mass is within a few orders of magnitude of the axion mass, $m_{gamma}/m_a = {cal O}(10^{-3} - 1)$, then dark photons make up the dominant form of dark matter today. We present a numerical lattice simulation for a benchmark model that explicitly realizes our mechanism. This mechanism firms up the motivation for a number of experiments searching for dark photon dark matter.

We present a non-compact (4 + 1) dimensional model with a local strong four-fermion interaction supplementing it with gravity. In the strong coupling regime it reveals the spontaneous translational symmetry breaking which eventually leads to the form ation of domain walls, or thick 3-branes, embedded in the AdS-5 manifold. To describe this phenomenon we construct the appropriate low-energy effective Action and find kink-like vacuum solutions in the quasi-flat Riemannian metric. We discuss the generation of ultra-low-energy (3 + 1) dimensional physics and we establish the relation among the bulk five dimensional gravitational constant, the brane Newtons constants and the curvature of AdS-5 space-time. The plausible relation between the compositeness scale of the scalar matter and the symmetry breaking scale is shown to support the essential decoupling of branons, the scalar fluctuations of the brane, from the Standard Model matter, supporting their possible role in the dark matter saturation. The induced cosmological constant on the brane does vanish due to exact cancellation of matter and gravity contributions.
