The magnetic state of the single-component molecular compound, [Cu(tmdt)$_{2}$], is investigated by means of $^{1}$H-NMR. An abrupt spectral broadening below 13 K and a sharp peak in nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate, $T_{1}^{-1}$, at 13 K are observed as clear manifestations of a second-order antiferromagnetic transition, which is consistent with the previously reported magnetic susceptibility and EPR measurement. The ordered moment is estimated at $0.22-0.45$ ${mu}_{rm B}$/molecule. The temperature-dependence of $T_{1}^{-1}$ above the transition temperature indicates one-dimensional spin dynamics and supports that the spins are on the central part of the molecule differently from other isostructural compounds.
We present the results of a ^{1}H NMR study of the single-component molecular conductor, [Au(tmdt)_{2}]. A steep increase in the NMR line width and a peak formation of the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate, 1/T_{1}, were observed at around 110 K
The magnetic properties of Na2CuP2O7 were investigated by means of 31P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), magnetic susceptibility, and heat capacity measurements. We report the 31P NMR shift, the spin-lattice 1/T1, and spin-spin 1/T2 relaxation-rate d
The molecular conductors [M(tmdt)$_2$] (M=Ni, Pt) consisting of single molecular species are investigated with $^{13}$C NMR and $^1$H NMR. The temperature dependences of $^{13}$C NMR shift and relaxation rate provide microscopic evidences for the met
We investigate the electronic structure of Chromium Nitride (CrN) across the first-order magneto-structural transition at T_N ~ 286 K. Resonant photoemission spectroscopy shows a gap in the 3d partial density of states at the Fermi level and an On-si
The discovery of FeO$_{2}$ containing more oxygen than hematite (Fe$_{2}$O$_{3}$) that was previously believed to be the most oxygen rich iron compounds, has important implications on the study of the deep lower mantle compositions. Compared to other
