The analysis of correlations between fluctuations of alpha- and beta-decay rates for different radio-active elements is carried out. These fluctuations exceed significantly errors of measurements in many cases. They have the periodical character and reveal definite spatial directions. We suggest that the observed fluctuations are caused by the unique physical reason connected with the global anisotropy of physical space and by the new force.

In the article, on the basis of the authors model of formation of the observable physical space $R_3$ in the process of dynamics of special discrete one-dimensional vectorial objects, byuons, while minimizing their potential energy of interaction in the one-dimensional space $R_1$ formed by them, and based on the Weyls geometrical model of the electromagnetic field, the nature of this field consisting in a suitable variation of byuon interaction periods in the space $R_1$, is shown.

In a recent article [1] we have explored alternative decompositions of the Lorentz transformation by adopting the synchronization convention of the target frame at the end and alternately at the outset. In this note we develop the decomposition by as suming a correct universal synchronization that may be outside the two inertial frames that are involved.
We shortly review different attempts to interpret the results of Moessbauer rotor experiments in a rotating system and particularly we show that the latest work on this subject by J. Iovane and E. Benedetto (Ann. Phys., in press), which claims that t he outcomes of these experiments can supposedly be explained via desynchronization of clocks in the rotating frame and in the laboratory frame, is inapplicable to all of the Moessbauer rotor experiments performed up to date and thus does not have any significance.
Several relevant aspects of quantum-field processes can be well described by semiclassical methods. In particular, the knowledge of non-trivial classical solutions of the field equations, and the thermal and quantum fluctuations around them, provide non-perturbative information about the theory. In this work, we discuss the calculation of the one-loop effective action from the semiclasssical viewpoint. We intend to use this formalism to obtain an accurate expression for the decay rate of non-static metastable states.

In a series of recent papers, we have introduced an object that was constructed on the connection but which was proven to be a tensor: this object, thus called tensorial connection, has been defined and some of its properties have been given. In the present paper, we intend to present all the results found so far, complementing them with some new ones, in a systematic and organic manner.
