We present a general method to characterize the quantum correlations obtained after local measurements on multipartite systems. Sufficient conditions for a quantum system to be fully-nonlocal according to a given partition, as well as being (genuinely) multipartite fully-nonlocal, are derived. These conditions allow us to identify all completely-connected graph states as multipartite fully-nonlocal quantum states. Moreover, we show that this feature can also be observed in mixed states: the tensor product of five copies of the Smolin state, a biseparable and bound entangled state, is multipartite fully-nonlocal.

We use techniques for lower bounds on communication to derive necessary conditions in terms of detector efficiency or amount of super-luminal communication for being able to reproduce with classical local hidden-variable theories the quantum correlat ions occurring in EPR-type experiments in the presence of noise. We apply our method to an example involving n parties sharing a GHZ-type state on which they carry out measurements and show that for local-hidden variable theories, the amount of super-luminal classical communication c and the detector efficiency eta are constrained by eta 2^(-c/n) = O(n^(-1/6)) even for constant general error probability epsilon = O(1).

Fidelity plays an important role in measuring distances between pairs of quantum states, of single as well as multiparty systems. Based on the concept of fidelity, we introduce a physical quantity, shared purity, for arbitrary pure or mixed quantum s tates of shared systems of an arbitrary number of parties in arbitrary dimensions. We find that it is different from quantum correlations. However, we prove that a maximal shared purity between two parties excludes any shared purity of these parties with a third party, thus ensuring its quantum nature. Moreover, we show that all generalized GHZ states are monogamous, while all generalized W states are non-monogamous with respect to this measure. We apply the quantity to investigate the quantum XY spin models, and observe that it can faithfully detect the quantum phase transition present in these models. We perform a finite-size scaling analysis and find the scaling exponent for this quantity.
Recently, Halder emph{et al.} [S. Halder emph{et al.}, Phys. Rev. Lett. textbf{122}, 040403 (2019)] present two sets of strong nonlocality of orthogonal product states based on the local irreducibility. However, for a set of locally indistinguishable orthogonal entangled states, the remaining question is whether the states can reveal strong quantum nonlocality. Here we present a general definition of strong quantum nonlocality based on the local indistinguishability. Then, in $2 otimes 2 otimes 2$ quantum system, we show that a set of orthogonal entangled states is locally reducible but locally indistinguishable in all bipartitions, which means the states have strong nonlocality. Furthermore, we generalize the result in N-qubit quantum system, where $Ngeqslant 3$. Finally, we also construct a class of strong nonlocality of entangled states in $dotimes dotimes cdots otimes d, dgeqslant 3$. Our results extend the phenomenon of strong nonlocality for entangled states.
We propose a simple setup for the conversion of multipartite entangled states in a quantum network with restricted access. The scheme uses nonlocal operations to enable the preparation of states that are inequivalent under local operations and classi cal communication, but most importantly does not require full access to the states. It is based on a flexible linear optical conversion gate that uses photons, which are ideally suited for distributed quantum computation and quantum communication in extended networks. In order to show the basic working principles of the gate, we focus on converting a four-qubit entangled cluster state to other locally inequivalent four-qubit states, such as the GHZ and symmetric Dicke state. We also show how the gate can be incorporated into extended graph state networks, and can be used to generate variable entanglement and quantum correlations without entanglement but nonvanishing quantum discord.

In this paper, we mainly study the local distinguishable multipartite quantum states by local operations and classical communication (LOCC) in $m_1otimes m_2otimesldotsotimes m_n$ , where the quantum system $m_1$ belongs to Alice, $m_2$ belongs to Bo b, ldots and $m_n$ belongs to Susan. We first present the pure tripartite distinguishable orthogonal quantum states by LOCC in $m_1otimes m_2otimes m_3$. With the conclusion in $m_1otimes m_2otimes m_3$, we prove distinguishability or indistinguishability of some quantum states. At last, we give the $n$-party distinguishable quantum states in $m_1otimes m_2otimescdotsotimes m_n$. Our study further reveals quantum nonlocality in multipartite high-dimensional.
