We analyze the fine structure of Clark measures and Clark isometries associated with two-variable rational inner functions on the bidisk. In the degree (n,1) case, we give a complete description of supports and weights for both generic and exceptional Clark measures, characterize when the associated embedding operators are unitary, and give a formula for those embedding operators. We also highlight connections between our results and both the structure of Agler decompositions and study of extreme points for the set of positive pluriharmonic measures on 2-torus.

For rational functions, we use simple but elegant techniques to strengthen generalizations of certain results which extend some widely known polynomial inequalities of Erdos-Lax and Turan to rational functions R. In return these reinforced results, in the limiting case, lead to the corresponding refinements of the said polynomial inequalities. As an illustration and as an application of our results, we obtain some new improvements of the Erdos-Lax and Turan type inequalities for polynomials. These improved results take into account the size of the constant term and the leading coefficient of the given polynomial. As a further factor of consideration, during the course of this paper we shall demonstrate how some recently obtained results due to S. L. Wali and W. M. Shah, [Some applications of Dubinins lemma to rational functions with prescribed poles, J. Math.Anal.Appl.450 (2017) 769-779], could have been proved without invoking the results
In this note, it is proved the existence of an infinitely generated multiplicative group consisting of entire functions that are, except for the constant function 1, hypercyclic with respect to the convolution operator associated to a given entire function of subexponential type. A certain stability under multiplication is also shown for compositional hypercyclicity on complex domains.

New classes of generalized Nevanlinna functions, which under multiplication with an arbitrary fixed symmetric rational function remain generalized Nevanlinna functions, are introduced. Characterizations for these classes of functions are established by connecting the canonical factorizations of the product function and the original generalized Nevanlinna function in a constructive manner. Also a detailed functional analytic treatment of these classes of functions is carried out by investigating the connection between the realizations of the product function and the original function. The operator theoretic treatment of these realizations is based on the notions of rigged spaces, boundary triplets, and associated Weyl functions.
We present a characterization of one-component inner functions in terms of the location of their zeros and their associated singular measure. As consequence we answer several questions posed by J. Cima and R. Mortini. In particular we prove that for any inner function $Theta$ whose singular set has measure zero, one can find a Blaschke product $B$ such that $Theta B$ is one-component. We also obtain a characterization of one-component singular inner functions which is used to produce examples of discrete and continuous one-component singular inner functions.
We discuss the concept of inner function in reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces with an orthogonal basis of monomials and examine connections between inner functions and optimal polynomial approximants to $1/f$, where $f$ is a function in the space. We revisit some classical examples from this perspective, and show how a construction of Shapiro and Shields can be modified to produce inner functions.
