The aim of this study is to evaluate the healing after apicectomy by using two different techniques. And to evaluate the effect of MTA as a retrograde filling material and also the Er:YAG laser as a tool for resecting the apex, and the influence of them in the healing.

Post-obturation pain is one of the primary problems following
root canal treatment. Although in most cases pain does not last
long, but could be a source of embarrassment to the dentist and
annoying for the patient.
This study was conducted to in
vestigate and compare the
incidence of postoperative pain after one-visit root canal
treatment (RCT) on teeth with vital pulps using three different
obturation techniques.
90 cases were assigned into three treatment groups, each group
30 cases(10 anterior, 10 premolar, 10 molars), The canals of all
teeth were prepared using Protaper rotary system and then filled
at the same visit using one of the three obturation techniques
(lateral condensation technique, HEROFILL technique, E&Q
PLUS technique). The postoperative pain was recorded on a
visual analogue scale (VAS) of 0 - 100 after 2 hours, 24 hours,
48 hours and 7 days.
Clinical Evaluation of Postoperative sensitivity for two types of Self-adhesive
Composites (Constic® - FusioTM) and comparing with conventional flowable composite when
used as restorative material for class V cavities.
The constriction of Maxilla is considered a common disorder in daily clinical
practice; which is usually accompanied with narrow nasal cavity. Many techniques are used to expand
constricted maxilla; such as slow maxillary expansion and rapid maxill

This study aims to recognize the effect of Variolink Veneer (V.V) cement colors used in luting thin veneers fabricated from (IPS e-max) porcelain on the final resulting color. A sample of (30) thin veneers in (A1-A2-A3-A3,5( colors is used. The venee
rs were equally divided into two subgroups; the first was manufactured with(Press) technique and the second was manufactured with(CAD-CAM) techniques. The changes between the desired and resulting color are measured for without luting by the(Easyshade Compact) device. Each third of every subgroupwasthen luted with one of the colors of (V.V) (+3),(0),(-3), changes in color were re-measured. Results showed that (V.V-3) presents the favoredresults, while (V.V+3) offers the less favoredresultsfor the desired color. A comparison between the two techniques,showed that (IPS e-max CAD) provides the most favored result more than (IPS e-max press), that is why, (CAD) with (V.V-3) is the best in all combinations
The present study was performed on blood samples belong to 15 patients( 12 males,3
females) infected with cutaneous leishmaniasis, and their healing was also proved after
submitting local treatment. Study tests were performed on 2 stages, the first
after infection,
and the second two months at least after healing. Every patient was subject of the
following tests: total, and differential white blood cells count and hematocrit value. In
addition ,a study of the morphological changes of white blood cells was conducted.
