التمييزي الذي يعد من الأساليب الإحصائية المتقدمة التي تستخدم في توصيف و توزيع الأسر
داخل الهيكل الاقتصادي الاجتماعي للمجتمع، و يساعد في رسم خطط التنمية الاقتصادية
و
الاجتماعية التي تهدف إليها الدولة و الوقوف على أنسب الطرائق من حيث عدالة توزيع الدخل
و العبء الضريبي و الإعانات الحكومية لأسر المجتمع بصورة أكثر واقعية.
يطبق هذا الأسلوب من خلال عدة متغيرات تُحدد من قبل الباحث من أجل الوصول إلى الأهداف
الآتية:
توصيف و توزيع الأسر داخل الهيكل الاقتصادي للمجتمع.
تحديد العوامل و المتغيرات التي تؤثر في توصيف و توزيع الأسر داخل الهيكل الاقتصادي
الاجتماعي في المجتمع.
محاولة تطوير أساليب و تقانات التحليل الإحصائي و تطبيقها في الدراسات الاقتصادية.
The informal housing subject in Syria has becoming ailment and attention for government
and academy sectors, that statistics refer to increment in area informal housing, that with
inability solution in stopping the informal march. So that, the rese
arch goals to define the
economic and social structure for families in informal housing areas, and study the
economic and social characteristics and relationships in this structure.
The research founds that there is significant statistical relationship between the economic
and social characteristics. The research founds too the economic and social structure for
families in informal housing area that consist of two factors. First factor is economic factor
which correlate with seven economic variables are: monthly salary for families, person
part of salary, percentage of family spending on food, percentage of family spending on
health care, percentage of family spending on education, family owners of capital asset ,
number of new merchandise having family. The second factor is social factor which
correlate with four social variables are: characters of house family, number of basic
associate in house, percentage of family spending on house. Family educational grade.
تتضمن هذا الدراسة تطبيق أسلوب التحليل الإحصائي متعدد الأبعاد متمثلا بأسلوب التحليل العاملي حيث
يعدّ التحليل العاملي من الأساليب الإحصائية الجيدة و ذات الفائدة العميقة في دراسة السياسات الاقتصادية
لأنه يساعد في اختصار عدد المتغيرات الكبير في الدراسة
من جهة و من جهة ثانية يبين طبيعة العلاقة
بين المتغيرات و توصيفها.
حاول ابن خلدون وضع قواعد منهجية لتصحيح أخطاء المؤرخين و معالجة الظواهر العمرانية بصورة موضوعية.
نحاول في هذا المقال دراسة المنهج العلمي في التحليل الاقتصادي الخلدوني و ذلك للإجابة عن الإشكالية الآتية:
"هل كلن لابن خلدون منهج علمي في التحليل الاقتصا
دي؟"
و لتحقق هذه الإشكالية سنعتمد بشكل أساسي على منهج تحليل الموضوع.
This paper presents a study on the application of vibration signals to detect
the presence of defects in gears. Several gear failure prediction methods
were investigated and applied to experimental data from a test gear
apparatus. The primary obje
ctive was to provide a baseline understanding
of the prediction methods and to evaluate their diagnostic capabilities. The
methods investigated use the signal average in both the time and frequency
domain to detect gear failure.
