Euler angles determining rotations of a system as a whole are conveniently separated in three-particle basis functions. Analytic integration of matrix elements over Euler angles is done in a general form. Results for the Euler angle integrated matrix elements of a realistic NN interaction are listed. The partial wave decomposition of correlated three-body states is considered.

We employ spherical $t$-designs for the systematic construction of solids whose rotational degrees of freedom can be made robust to decoherence due to external fluctuating fields while simultaneously retaining their sensitivity to signals of interest. Specifically, the ratio of signal phase accumulation rate from a nearby source to the decoherence rate caused by fluctuating fields from more distant sources can be incremented to any desired level by using increasingly complex shapes. This allows for the generation of long-lived macroscopic quantum superpositions of rotational degrees of freedom and the robust generation of entanglement between two or more such solids with applications in robust quantum sensing and precision metrology as well as quantum registers.
We extend a new treatment proposed for two-nucleon (2N) and three-nucleon (3N) bound states to 2N scattering. This technique takes momentum vectors as variables, thus, avoiding partial wave decomposition, and handles spin operators analytically. We apply the general operator structure of a nucleon-nucleon (NN) potential to the NN T-matrix, which becomes a sum of six terms, each term being scalar products of spin operators and momentum vectors multiplied with scalar functions of vector momenta. Inserting this expansions of the NN force and T-matrix into the Lippmann-Schwinger equation allows to remove the spin dependence by taking traces and yields a set of six coupled equations for the scalar functions found in the expansion of the T-matrix.
Using the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model we study the isospin effects on the disappearance of flow for the reactions of 58Ni+58Ni and 58Fe+58Fe as a function of impact parameter. We found good agreement between our calculations and experimentally measured energy of vanishing flow at all colliding geometries. Our calculations reproduce the experimental data within 5%(10%) at central (peripheral) colliding geometries.
We give a brief review of some generalized continuum theories applied to the crystals with complicated microscopic structure. Three different ways of generalization of the classical elasticity theory are discussed. One is the high-gradient theory, another is the micropolar type theory and the third one is the many-field theory. The importance of the first two types of theories has already been established, while the theory of the third type still has to be developed. With the use of 1D and 2D examples we show for each of these theories where they can be and should be applied, separately or in a combination.
Fusion cross-sections are computed for the $^{40}$Ca$+^{40}$Ca system over a wide energy range with two microscopic approaches where the only phenomenological input is the Skyrme energy density functional. The first method is based on the coupled-channels formalism, using the bare nucleus-nucleus potential calculated with the frozen Hartree-Fock technique and the deformation parameters of vibrational states computed with the time-dependent Hartree-Fock (TDHF) approach. The second method is based on the density-constrained TDHF method to generate nucleus-nucleus potentials from TDHF evolution. Both approaches incorporate the effect of couplings to internal degrees of freedoms in different ways. The predictions are in relatively good agreement with experimental data.
