We introduce the concept of a quantum background and a functor QFT. In the case that the QFT moduli space is smooth formal, we construct a flat quantum superconnection on a bundle over QFT which defines algebraic structures relevant to correlation functions in quantum field theory. We go further and identify chain level generalizations of correlation functions which should be present in all quantum field theories.
We discussed twisted quantum deformations of D=4 Lorentz and Poincare algebras. In the case of Poincare algebra it is shown that almost all classical r-matrices of S.Zakrzewski classification can be presented as a sum of subordinated r-matrices of Abelian and Jordanian types. Corresponding twists describing quantum deformations are obtained in explicit form. This work is an extended version of the paper url{arXiv:0704.0081v1 [math.QA]}.
We construct a family of irreducible representations of the quantum continuous $gl_infty$ whose characters coincide with the characters of representations in the minimal models of the $W_n$ algebras of $gl_n$ type. In particular, we obtain a simple combinatorial model for all representations of the $W_n$-algebras appearing in the minimal models in terms of $n$ interrelating partitions.
There are essentially two different approaches to the axiomatization of quantum field theory (QFT): algebraic QFT, going back to Haag and Kastler, and functorial QFT, going back to Atiyah and Segal. More recently, based on ideas by Baez and Dolan, the latter is being refined to extended functorial QFT by Freed, Hopkins, Lurie and others. The first approach uses local nets of operator algebras which assign to each patch an algebra of observables, the latter uses n-functors which assign to each patch a propagator of states. In this note we present an observation about how these two axiom systems are naturally related: we demonstrate under mild assumptions that every 2-dimensional extended Minkowskian QFT 2-functor (parallel surface transport) naturally yields a local net. This is obtained by postcomposing the propagation 2-functor with an operation that mimics the passage from the Schroedinger picture to the Heisenberg picture in quantum mechanics. The argument has a straightforward generalization to general pseudo-Riemannian structure and higher dimensions.

. A part of twists corresponding to the r-matrices of Zakrzewski classification are given in explicit form.
Quantum bialgebras derivable from Uq(sl2) which contain idempotents and von Neumann regular Cartan-like generators are introduced and investigated. Various types of antipodes (invertible and von Neumann regular) on these bialgebras are constructed, which leads to a Hopf algebra structure and a von Neumann-Hopf algebra structure, respectively. For them, explicit forms of some particular R-matrices (also, invertible and von Neumann regular) are presented, and the latter respects the Pierce decomposition.
