We extend the scope of a former paper to vector bundle problems involving more than one vector bundle. As the main application, we obtain the solution of the well-known moduli problems of vector bundles associated with general quivers.

An important classification problem in Algebraic Geometry deals with pairs $(E,phi)$, consisting of a torsion free sheaf $E$ and a non-trivial homomorphism $phicolon (E^{otimes a})^{oplus b}lradet(E)^{otimes c}otimes L$ on a polarized complex projective manifold $(X,O_X(1))$, the input data $a$, $b$, $c$, $L$ as well as the Hilbert polynomial of $E$ being fixed. The solution to the classification problem consists of a family of moduli spaces ${cal M}^delta:={cal M}^{delta-rm ss}_{a/b/c/L/P}$ for the $delta$-semistable objects, where $deltainQ[x]$ can be any positive polynomial of degree at most $dim X-1$. In this note we show that there are only finitely many distinct moduli spaces among the ${cal M}^delta$ and that they sit in a chain of GIT-flips. This property has been known and proved by ad hoc arguments in several special cases. In our paper, we apply refined information on the instability flag to solve this problem. This strategy is inspired by the fundamental paper of Ramanan and Ramanathan on the instability flag.
In this article, we solve the problem of constructing moduli spaces of semistable principal bundles (and singul

Let $X$ be a smooth projective curve over the complex numbers. To every representation $rhocolon GL(r)lra GL(V)$ of the complex general linear group on the finite dimensional complex vector space $V$ which satisfies the assumption that there be an integer $alpha$ with $rho(z id_{C^r})=z^alpha id_V$ for all $zinC^*$ we associate the problem of classifying triples $(E,L,phi)$ where $E$ is a vector bundle of rank $r$ on $X$, $L$ is a line bundle on $X$, and $phicolon E_rholra L$ is a non trivial homomorphism. Here, $E_rho$ is the vector bundle of rank $dim V$ associated to $E$ via $rho$. If we take, for example, the standard representation of $GL(r)$ on $C^r$ we have to classify triples $(E,L,phi)$ consisting of $E$ as before and a non-zero homomorphism $phicolon Elra L$ which includes the so-called Bradlow pairs. For the representation of $GL(r)$ on $S^2C^3$ we find the conic bundles of Gomez and Sols. In the present paper, we will formulate a general semistability concept for the above triples which depends on a rational parameter $delta$ and establish the existence of moduli spaces of $delta$-(semi)stable triples of fixed topological type. The notion of semistability mimics the Hilbert-Mumford criterion for $SL(r)$ which is the main reason that such a general approach becomes feasible. In the known examples (the above, Higgs bundles, extension pairs, oriented framed bundles) we show how to recover the usual semistability concept. This process of simplification can also be formalized. Altogether, our results provide a unifying construction for the moduli spaces of most decorated vector bundle problems together with an automatism for finding the right notion of semistability and should therefore be of some interest.

We study Bridgeland moduli spaces of semistable objects of $(-1)$-classes and $(-4)$-classes in the Kuznetsov components on index one prime Fano threefold $X_{4d+2}$ of degree $4d+2$ and index two prime Fano threefold $Y_d$ of degree $d$ for $d=3,4,5$. For every Serre-invariant stability condition on the Kuznetsov components, we show that the moduli spaces of stable objects of $(-1)$-classes on $X_{4d+2}$ and $Y_d$ are isomorphic. We show that moduli spaces of stable objects of $(-1)$-classes on $X_{14}$ are realized by Fano surface $mathcal{C}(X)$ of conics, moduli spaces of semistable sheaves $M_X(2,1,6)$ and $M_X(2,-1,6)$ and the correspondent moduli spaces on cubic threefold $Y_3$ are realized by moduli spaces of stable vector bundles $M^b_Y(2,1,2)$ and $M^b_Y(2,-1,2)$. We show that moduli spaces of semistable objects of $(-4)$-classes on $Y_{d}$ are isomorphic to the moduli spaces of instanton sheaves $M^{inst}_Y$ when $d eq 1,2$, and show that therere open immersions of $M^{inst}_Y$ into moduli spaces of semistable objects of $(-4)$-classes when $d=1,2$. Finally, when $d=3,4,5$ we show that these moduli spaces are all isomorphic to $M^{ss}_X(2,0,4)$.
We study the moduli space of rank 2 instanton sheaves on $p3$ in terms of representations of a quiver consisting of 3 vertices and 4 arrows between two pairs of vertices. Aiming at an alternative compactification for the moduli space of instanton sheaves, we show that for each rank 2 instanton sheaf, there is a stability parameter $theta$ for which the corresponding quiver representation is $theta$-stable (in the sense of King), and that the space of stability parameters has a non trivial wall-and-chamber decomposition. Looking more closely at instantons of low charge, we prove that there are stability parameters with respect to which every representation corresponding to a rank 2 instanton sheaf of charge 2 is stable, and provide a complete description of the wall-and-chamber decomposition for representation corresponding to a rank 2 instanton sheaf of charge 1.
