A search for direct CP violation in D0 -> h- h+ (where h=K or pi) is presented using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb^-1 collected in 2011 by LHCb in pp collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. The analysis uses D0 mesons produced in inclusive semileptonic b-hadron decays to the D0 mu X final state, where the charge of the accompanying muon is used to tag the flavour of the D0 meson. The difference in the CP-violating asymmetries between the two decay channels is measured to be Delta A_CP = A_CP(K-K+) - A_CP(pi-pi+) = (0.49 +- 0.30 (stat) +- 0.14 (syst)) % . This result does not confirm the evidence for direct CP violation in the charm sector reported in other analyses.

Measurements of charm mixing parameters from the decay-time-dependent ratio of D0->K+pi- to D0->K-pi+ rates and the charge-conjugate ratio are reported. The analysis uses data, corresponding to 3 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity, from proton-proton collisions at 7 and 8 TeV center-of-mass energies recorded by the LHCb experiment. In the limit of charge-parity (CP) symmetry, the mixing parameters are determined to be x^2=(5.5 +- 4.9)x10^{-5}, y= (4.8 +- 1.0)x10^{-3}, and R_D=(3.568 +- 0.066)x10^{-3}. Allowing for CP violation, the mixing parameters are determined separately for D0 and D0bar mesons yielding A_D = (-0.7 +- 1.9)%, for the direct CP-violating asymmetry, and 0.75 < |q/p|< 1.24 at the 68.3% confidence level, where q and p are parameters that describe the mass eigenstates of the neutral charm mesons in terms of the flavor eigenstates. This is the most precise determination of these parameters from a single experiment and shows no evidence for CP violation.
Searches for $CP$ violation in the two-body decays $D_{(s)}^{+}rightarrow h^{+}pi^{0}$ and $D_{(s)}^{+} rightarrow h^{+}eta$ (where $h^{+}$ denotes a $pi^{+}$ or $K^{+}$ meson) are performed using $pp$ collision data collected by the LHCb experiment corresponding to either 9 fb$^{-1}$ or 6 fb$^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity. The $pi^{0}$ and $eta$ mesons are reconstructed using the $e^{+}e^{-}gamma$ final state, which can proceed as three-body decays $pi^{0}rightarrow e^{+}e^{-}gamma$ and $eta rightarrow e^{+}e^{-}gamma$, or via the two-body decays $pi^{0}rightarrow gammagamma$ and $etarightarrowgammagamma$ followed by a photon conversion. The measurements are made relative to the control modes $D_{(s)}^{+}rightarrow K_{S}^{0} h^{+}$ to cancel the production and detection asymmetries. The $CP$ asymmetries are measured to be begin{align} mathcal{A}_{CP}(D^{+}rightarrow pi^{+}pi^{0}) &= (-1.3 pm 0.9 pm 0.6 )%, end{align} begin{align} mathcal{A}_{CP}(D^{+}rightarrow K^{+}pi^{0}) &= (-3.2 pm 4.7 pm 2.1 )%, end{align} begin{align} mathcal{A}_{CP}(D^{+}rightarrow pi^{+}eta) &= (-0.2 pm 0.8 pm 0.4 )%, end{align} begin{align} mathcal{A}_{CP}(D^{+}rightarrow K^{+}eta) &= (-6 pm 10 pm 4 )%, end{align} begin{align} mathcal{A}_{CP}(D_{s}^{+}rightarrow K^{+}pi^{0}) &= (-0.8 pm 3.9 pm 1.2 )%, end{align} begin{align} mathcal{A}_{CP}(D_{s}^{+}rightarrow pi^{+}eta) &= (0.8 pm 0.7 pm 0.5 )%, end{align} begin{align} mathcal{A}_{CP}(D_{s}^{+}rightarrow K^{+}eta) &= (0.9 pm 3.7 pm 1.1 )%, end{align} where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. These results are consistent with no $CP$ violation and mostly constitute the most precise measurements of $mathcal{A}_{CP}$ in these decay modes to date.

We present preliminary results on two analyses performed by the SLD Collaboration using inclusive B decays: a search for CP violation and a search for the b --> sg transition.

We present a brief review of CPV and mixing measurements in the charm sector, with emphasys in results published or presented since the previous edition of the Physics in Collision Symposia.
We report a new sensitive search for CPT violation, which includes improved measurements of the CPT-violating parameter z and the total decay-width difference normalized to the averaged width DeltaGamma_d/Gamma_d of the two Bd mass eigenstates. The results are based on a data sample of 535 x 10^6 BBbar pairs collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e^+e^- collider. We obtain Re(z) = [+1.9 +/- 3.7 (stat) +/- 3.3 (syst)] x 10^{-2}, Im(z) = [-5.7 +/- 3.3 (stat) +/- 3.3 (syst)] x 10^{-3}, and DeltaGamma_d/Gamma_d = [-1.7 +/- 1.8 (stat) +/- 1.1 (syst)] x 10^{-2}, all of which are consistent with zero. This is the most precise single measurement of these parameters in the neutral B-meson system to date.
