An analysis of B+ to DK+ and B+ to Dpi+ decays is presented where the D meson is reconstructed in the two-body final states: K+pi-, K+K-, pi+pi- and pi+K-. Using 1.0 fb-1 of LHCb data, measurements of several observables are made including the first observation of the suppressed mode B+ to DK+, D to pi+K-. CP violation in B+ to DK+ decays is observed with 5.8 sigma significance.

Observations are reported of different sources of $CP$ violation from an amplitude analysis of $B^+ to pi^+ pi^+ pi^-$ decays, based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3 ; {rm fb}^{-1}$ of $pp$ collisions recorded with the LHCb detector. A large $CP$ asymmetry is observed in the decay amplitude involving the tensor $f_2(1270)$ resonance, and in addition significant $CP$ violation is found in the $pi^+ pi^-$ S-wave at low invariant mass. The presence of $CP$ violation related to interference between the $pi^+ pi^-$ S-wave and the P-wave $B^+ to rho(770)^0 pi^+$ amplitude is also established; this causes large local asymmetries but cancels when integrated over the phase space of the decay. The results provide both qualitative and quantitative new insights into $CP$-violation effects in hadronic $B$ decays.

I report recent measurements in b-hadron decays reconstructed in the full data set of sqrt{s} = 1.96 TeV proton-antiproton collisions collected by the CDF experiment at the Tevatron. These include the final CDF results on: measurements of CP asymmetries in two-body charmless decays of the Bd, Bs, and Lambda^0_b hadrons; bounds on the Bs mixing phase and on the decay width difference of Bs mass eigenstates; and updated measurements of branching ratios of Bs->Jpsi Phi and Bs->Ds(*)Ds(*) decays. All measurements are among the most precise from a single experiment and in agreement with the standard model predictions.

The BaBar detector and SLAC PEP-II asymmetric e+e- collider tuned to the Y(4s) resonance has collected around 23M B0 anti-B0 pairs in year 2000. The total data sample for run 1 is 20.7fb-1, using this data we present the study of sin2beta, with samples of B0 --> J/Psi KOS, B0 --> psi(2S) K0S and B0 --> J/Psi KOL decays. The measured value is sin2beta 0.34+/-0.20 (stat) +/- 0.05 (syst),. In addition, we present preliminary measurements of charged and neutral B meson lifetimes and B0-anti B0 oscillation frequency.

We present preliminary results on two analyses performed by the SLD Collaboration using inclusive B decays: a search for CP violation and a search for the b --> sg transition.
Three-body $B^+to p overline p K^+$ and $B^+to p overline p pi^+$ decays are studied using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 $fb^{-1}$ collected by the LHCb experiment in proton-proton collisions at center-of-mass energies of $7$ and $8$ TeV. Evidence of CP violation in the $B^+to p overline p K^+$ decay is found in regions of the phase space, representing the first measurement of this kind for a final state containing baryons. Measurements of the forward-backward asymmetry of the light meson in the $poverline p$ rest frame yield $A_{mathrm{FB}}(p overline p K^+,~m_{poverline p}<2.85mathrm{,Gekern -0.1em V!/}c^2)=0.495pm0.012~(mathrm{stat})pm0.007~(mathrm{syst})$ and $A_{mathrm{FB}}(poverline p pi^+,~m_{poverline p}<2.85mathrm{,Gekern -0.1em V!/}c^2)=-0.409pm0.033~(mathrm{stat})pm0.006~(mathrm{syst})$. In addition, the branching fraction of the decay $B^+tokern 0.1emoverline{kern -0.1emLambda}(1520)p$ is measured to be $mathcal{B}(B^+ to kern 0.1emoverline{kern -0.1emLambda}(1520)p)=(3.15pm0.48~(mathrm{stat})pm0.07~(mathrm{syst})pm0.26~(mathrm{BF}))times 10^{-7}$, where BF denotes the uncertainty on secondary branching fractions.
