In this prospective study done in Syria from mars 2014 to
February 2015, Mean serum hemoglobin ,serum hematocrit,
serum ferritin, and the ratio of serum iron to total iron-binding
capacity were investigated in 100 children aged ( 2-11) years.
The
study aimed at assessing the extention of anemia in
giardiasis intestinalis in Syrians children.
