آلية فقدان الشعور بالألم المحرض بالكرب السباحي و علاقته بهرمونات قشر الكظر عند جرذان Wistar

بينا في دراسة سابقة أن فقدان الشعور بالألم المحرض بالكرب السباحي (السباحة في مياه باردة ١٧ مئوية لمدة ١٠ دقائق) مرتبط بآليات أفيونية و غير أفيونية الوساطة. يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة آلية فقدان الشعور بالألم (اختبار الزمن الكامن لسحب الذيل) المحرض بالكرب السباحي الأقل وطأة (السباحة في مياه باردة ١٧ مئوية لمدة ٤ دقائق) و التوصل إلى إثبات تجريبي إضافي يظهر علاقة هرمونات قشر الكظر المحرضة بالكرب بهذه الآلية والكشف عن بعض جوانب هذه العلاقة عند جرذان Wistar.

Effects of Cold and Emotional Stress on the Threshold of Algesia on Normal and the Adrenalectomized Rats

The adreno-cortical hormones ,are considered one of the most important parts of the nonspecific reaction of the organism to different stress effects including the stress induced analgesia . This paper is interested in the study of the effect of repeated cold stress(swimming in cold water ١٧ c for ten minutes) and the emotional stress (immobilization for ten minutes) for the average of six times daily for six days,(on the test of tail flick latency) in normal and adrenalectomized rats . The aim is to know the analgesic system and their probable relation wth the adreno-cortical hormones .
