metabolism. Carnitine plays an indispensable role in the oxidation of fatty acids. The aim of the study was
to evaluate the possible role of abnormal fatty acid oxidati
on in preeclampsia by comparing plasma
carnitine levels between preeclamptic and healthy control pregnant women.
