addition to lighting, heating and cooling systems have become important
consumers in all buildings (private or public) which ensure the comfort and
healthy environment in t
he lowest price, meeting with the develop of energy
management systems.
This dissertation discuses the various ways of building Energy management
system (BEMS) and the possibility of developing it especially in air condition
and light sectors.
