The research aims at determining the degree of permitting of information services by university library and the degree of ensuring the factors that encouraged to ask for information service , To achieve the objectives of the research, the researche
r used descriptive approach, a questionnaire was done . consisting of (20) clause. It was distributed for (544) students in Tishreen University at 2015/2016. , and relying on appropriate statistical methods, results were as following:
1- This research resulted in a low degree the permitting of information services by university library.
2- This research resulted in a medium degree the ensuring factors that encouraged to ask for information service by university library .
3- There are significant differences at (a = 0, 05) between the means of (males and females/ studying filed on information services by university library. The results were favor of female / practical colleges.
4- There are significant differences at (a = 0, 05) between the means of (males and females/ studying stage on ensuring the factors that encouraged to ask for information service by university library. The results were favor of female / students at high studies stage.
