We measure the branching fractions and $CP$ asymmetries for the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decays $D^{0}topi^{+}pi^{-}eta$, $D^{0}to K^{+}K^{-}eta$, and $D^{0}tophieta$, using 980 fb$^{-1}$ of data from the Belle experiment at the KEKB $e^+e^-$ collider. We obtain begin{eqnarray} mathcal{B}(D^{0}topi^{+}pi^{-}eta) & = & [1.22pm 0.02,({rm stat})pm 0.02,({rm syst})pm 0.03,(mathcal{B}_{rm ref})]times 10^{-3},, onumber mathcal{B}(D^{0}to K^{+}K^{-}eta) & = & [1.80,^{+0.07}_{-0.06},({rm stat})pm 0.04,({rm syst})pm 0.05,(mathcal{B}_{rm ref})]times 10^{-4},, onumber mathcal{B}(D^{0}tophieta) & = & [1.84pm 0.09,({rm stat})pm 0.06,({rm syst})pm 0.05,(mathcal{B}_{rm ref})]times 10^{-4},, onumber end{eqnarray} where the third uncertainty ($mathcal{B}_{rm ref}$) is from the uncertainty in the branching fraction of the reference mode $D^{0}to K^{-}pi^{+}eta$. The color-suppressed decay $D^{0}tophieta$ is observed for the first time, with very high significance. The results for the $CP$ asymmetries are begin{eqnarray} A_{CP}(D^{0}topi^{+}pi^{-}eta) & = & [0.9pm 1.2,({rm stat})pm 0.5,({rm syst})]%,, onumber A_{CP}(D^{0}to K^{+}K^{-}eta) & = & [-1.4pm 3.3,({rm stat})pm 1.1,({rm syst})]%,, onumber A_{CP}(D^{0}tophieta)&= & [-1.9pm 4.4,({rm stat})pm 0.6,({rm syst})]%,. onumber end{eqnarray} The results for $D^{0}topi^{+}pi^{-}eta$ are a significant improvement over previous results. The branching fraction and $A_{CP}$ results for $D^{0}to K^{+}K^{-}eta$, and the $A_{CP}$ result for $D^{0}tophieta$, are the first such measurements. No evidence for $CP$ violation is found in any of these decays.

A search for time-dependent violation of the charge-parity symmetry in $D^0 to K^+ K^-$ and $D^0 to pi^+ pi^-$ decays is performed at the LHCb experiment using proton-proton collision data recorded from 2015 to 2018 at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 T eV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb$^{-1}$. The $D^0$ meson is required to originate from a $D^*(2010)^+ to D^0 pi^+$ decay, such that its flavour at production is identified by the charge of the accompanying pion. The slope of the time-dependent asymmetry of the decay rates of $D^0$ and $bar{D}^0$ mesons into the final states under consideration is measured to be $Delta Y_{K^+ K^-} = (-2.3 pm 1.5 pm 0.3) times 10^{-4}$, $Delta Y_{pi^+ pi^-} = (-4.0 pm 2.8 pm 0.4)times 10^{-4}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. These results are compatible with the conservation of the $CP$ symmetry at the level of 2 standard deviations and improve the precision by nearly a factor of two.

By analyzing $2.93 rm fb^{-1}$ of data taken at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773~GeV with the BESIII detector, we measure the branching fractions of the Cabibbo-favored hadronic decays $D^0to K^-pi^+eta^prime$, $D^0to K^0_Spi^0eta^prime$ and $D^+to K ^0_Spi^+eta^prime$, which are determined to be $(6.43 pm 0.15_{rm stat.} pm 0.31_{rm syst.})times 10^{-3}$, $(2.52 pm 0.22_{rm stat.} pm 0.15_{rm syst.})times 10^{-3}$ and $(1.90 pm 0.17_{rm stat.} pm 0.13_{rm syst.})times 10^{-3}$, respectively. The precision of the branching fraction of $D^0to K^-pi^+eta^prime$ is significantly improved, and the processes $D^0to K^0_Spi^0eta^prime$ and $D^+to K^0_Spi^+eta^prime$ are observed for the first time.
We report measurements of the branching fractions and $CP$ asymmetries for $D_s^{+} rightarrow K^{+} eta $, $D_s^{+} rightarrow K^{+} pi^0 $, and $D_s^{+} rightarrow pi^{+} eta $ decays, and the branching fraction for $D_s^{+} rightarrow pi^{+} pi^0$ . Our results are based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 921 fb$^{-1}$ collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB $e^+e^-$ asymmetric-energy collider. Our measurements of $CP$ asymmetries in these decays are the most precise to-date; no evidence for $CP$ violation is found.
We search for $CP$ violation in the charged charm meson decay $D^{+}topi^{+}pi^{0}$, based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $rm 921~fb^{-1}$ collected by the Belle experiment at the KEKB $e^{+}e^{-}$ asymmetric-energy col lider. The measured $CP$ violating asymmetry is $[+2.31pm1.24({rm stat})pm0.23({rm syst})]%$, which is consistent with the standard model prediction and has a significantly improved precision compared to previous results.
We present the results of the first Dalitz plot analysis of the decay $D^{0}to K^{-}pi^{+}eta$. The analysis is performed on a data set corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 953 $rm{fb}^{-1}$ collected by the Belle detector at the asymmetric-e nergy $e^{+}e^{-}$ KEKB collider. The Dalitz plot is well described by a combination of the six resonant decay channels $bar{K}^{*}(892)^0eta$, $K^{-}a_0(980)^+$, $K^{-}a_2(1320)^+$, $bar{K}^{*}(1410)^0eta$, $K^{*}(1680)^-pi^{+}$ and $K_2^{*}(1980)^-pi^{+}$, together with $Kpi$ and $Keta$ S-wave components. The decays $K^{*}(1680)^{-}to K^{-}eta$ and $K_{2}^{*}(1980)^{-}to K^{-}eta$ are observed for the first time. We measure ratio of the branching fractions, $frac{mathcal{B}(D^{0}to K^{-}pi^{+}eta)}{mathcal{B}(D^{0}to K^{-}pi^{+})}=0.500pm0.002{rm(stat)}pm0.020{rm(syst)}pm0.003{rm (mathcal{B}_{PDG})}$. Using the Dalitz fit result, the ratio $frac{mathcal{B}(K^{*}(1680)to Keta)}{mathcal{B}(K^{*}(1680)to Kpi)}$ is measured to be $0.11pm0.02{rm(stat)}^{+0.06}_{-0.04}{rm(syst)}pm0.04{rm(mathcal{B}_{text{PDG}})}$; this is much lower than the theoretical expectations ($approx1$) made under the assumption that $K^{*}(1680)$ is a pure $1^{3}D_1$ state. The product branching fraction $mathcal{B}(D^0to [K_2^{*}(1980)^-to K^{-}eta]pi^{+})=(2.2^{+1.7}_{-1.9})times10^{-4}$ is determined. In addition, the $pieta^{prime}$ contribution to the $a_0(980)^{pm}$ resonance shape is confirmed with 10.1$sigma$ statistical significance using the three-channel Flatt{e} model. We also measure $mathcal{B}(D^0tobar{K}^{*}(892)^0eta)=(1.41^{+0.13}_{-0.12})%$. This is consistent with, and more precise than, the current world average $(1.02pm0.30)%$, deviates with a significance of more than $3sigma$ from the theoretical predictions of (0.51-0.92)%.
