We report a search for charmless hadronic decays of charged $B$ mesons to the final states $K^{0}_{S} K^{0}_{S} K^{pm}$ and $K^{0}_{S} K^{0}_{S} pi^{pm}$ . The results are based on a $711 {fb}^{-1}$ data sample that contains $772 times 10^6$ $B bar{B}$ pairs, and was collected at the $Upsilon(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider. For $B^{pm} to K^{0}_{S} K^{0}_{S} K^{pm}$ decays, the measured branching fraction and direct $CP$ asymmetry are $[10.64pm0.49(stat)pm 0.44(syst)]times10^{-6}$ and [$-0.6pm3.9(stat)pm 3.4(syst)$] %, respectively. In the absence of a statistically significant signal for $B^{pm}to K^{0}_{S} K^{0}_{S} pi^{pm}$, we set the 90 % confidence-level upper limit on its branching fraction at $1.14 times 10^{-6}$.

The first untagged decay-time-integrated amplitude analysis of $B^{0}_{s} rightarrow K^{0}_{textrm{S}} K^{pm}pi^{mp}$ decays is performed using a sample corresponding to $3.0,$fb$^{-1}$ of $pp$ collision data recorded with the LHCb detector during 20 11 and 2012. The data are described with an amplitude model that contains contributions from the intermediate resonances $K^{*}(892)^{0,+}$, $K^*_2(1430)^{0,+}$ and $K^*_0(1430)^{0,+}$, and their charge conjugates. Measurements of the branching fractions of the decay modes $B^{0}_{s} rightarrow K^{*}(892)^{pm}K^{mp}$ and $B^{0}_{s} rightarrow K^{*}(892)^{0}kern 0.2emoverline{kern -0.2em K}{}^{0}, kern 0.2emoverline{kern -0.2em K}{}^{*}(892)^{0}K^{0}$ are in agreement with, and more precise than, previous results. The decays $B^{0}_{s} rightarrow K^*_0(1430)^{pm} K^{mp}$ and $B^{0}_{s} rightarrow K^{*}_{0}(1430)^{0}kern 0.2emoverline{kern -0.2em K}{}^{0}, kern 0.2emoverline{kern -0.2em K}{}^{*}_{0}(1430)^{0}K^{0}$ are observed for the first time, each with significance over 10 standard deviations.
A search for charmless three-body decays of $B^0$ and $B_{s}^0$ mesons with a $K_{rm S}^0$ meson in the final state is performed using the $pp$ collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $1.0,mbox{fb}^{-1}$, collected at a centre-of -mass energy of $7mathrm{,Tekern -0.1em V}$ recorded by the LHCb experiment. Branching fractions of the $B_{(s)}^0 to K_{rm S}^0 h^{+} h^{prime -}$ decay modes ($h^{(prime)} = pi, K$), relative to the well measured $B^0 to K_{rm S}^0 pi^{+} pi^{-}$ decay, are obtained. First observation of the decay modes $B_s^0 to K_{rm S}^0 K^{pm} pi^{mp}$ and $B_s^0 to K_{rm S}^0 pi^{+} pi^{-}$ and confirmation of the decay $B^0 to K_{rm S}^0 K^{pm} pi^{mp}$ are reported. A measurement of $CP$-violating observables is performed using the decays $B^pmto D K^pm$ and $B^pmto D pi^pm$, where the $D$ meson is reconstructed in one of the self-conjugate three-body final states $K_{mathrm S}pi^+pi^-$ and $K_{mathrm S}K^+K^-$ (commonly denoted $K_{mathrm S} h^+h^-$). The decays are analysed in bins of the $D$-decay phase space, leading to a measurement that is independent of the modelling of the $D$-decay amplitude. The observables are interpreted in terms of the CKM angle $gamma$. Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $9,text{fb}^{-1}$ collected in proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of $7$, $8$, and $13,text{TeV}$ with the LHCb experiment, $gamma$ is measured to be $left(68.7^{+5.2}_{-5.1}right)^circ$. The hadronic parameters $r_B^{DK}$, $r_B^{Dpi}$, $delta_B^{DK}$, and $delta_B^{Dpi}$, which are the ratios and strong-phase differences of the suppressed and favoured $B^pm$ decays, are also reported.
