We report on a search for the charmless decays $B^{+} tophipi^{+}$ and $B^{0} tophi pi^{0}$ that are strongly suppressed in the Standard Model. The analysis is based on a data sample of $657 times 10^6$ $B bar{B}$ pairs collected at the $Upsilon(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^+ e^-$ collider. We find no significant signal and set upper limits of $3.3 times 10^{-7}$ for $B^{+} to phi pi^{+}$ and $1.5 times 10^{-7}$ for $B^0 to phi pi^0$ at the 90% confidence level.

The CP-violating charge asymmetry in $B^{pm}rightarrow phi K^{pm}$ decays is measured in a sample of $pp$ collisions at 7 TeV centre-of-mass energy, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb$^{-1}$ collected by the LHCb experiment. The resu lt is $mathcal{A}_{CP}(B^{pm}rightarrow phi K^{pm}) = rm 0.022pm 0.021 pm 0.009$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. In addition, a search for the $B^{pm}rightarrow phi pi^{pm}$ decay mode is performed, using the $B^{pm}rightarrow phi K^{pm}$ decay rate for normalization. An upper limit on the branching fraction $mathcal{B}(B^{pm}rightarrow phi pi^{pm})< 1.5times 10^{-7}$ is set at 90% confidence level.
A search for CP violation in D+ -> phi pi+ decays is performed using data collected in 2011 by the LHCb experiment corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb^{-1} at a centre of mass energy of 7 TeV. The CP-violating asymmetry is measured to be (-0.04+/-0.14+/-0.14)% for candidates with K-K+ mass within 20 MeV/c^{2} of the phi meson mass. A search for a CP-violating asymmetry that varies across the phi mass region of the D+ -> K-K+pi+ Dalitz plot is also performed, and no evidence for CP violation is found. In addition, the CP asymmetry in the Ds+ -> Ks pi+ decay is measured to be (0.61+/-0.83+/-0.14)%.
A search is made for the highly-suppressed B meson decays $B^{+}rightarrow K^{+}K^{+}pi^{-}$ and $B^{+}rightarrow pi^{+}pi^{+}K^{-}$ using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 $fb^{-1}$ collected by the LHCb experiment in pr oton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV. No evidence is found for the decays, and upper limits at 90% confidence level are determined to be $mathcal{B}(B^{+}rightarrow K^{+}K^{+}pi^{-}) < 1.1times 10^{-8}$ and $mathcal{B}(B^{+}rightarrow pi^{+}pi^{+}K^{-}) < 4.6times 10^{-8}$.
A search for $B^{+} to D_s^{+}K^{+}K^{-}$ decays is performed using $pp$ collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.8 fb$^{-1}$, collected at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13$,$TeV with the LHCb experiment. A significant sign al is observed for the first time and the branching fraction is determined to be begin{equation*} mathcal{B}(B^{+} to D_s^{+}K^{+}K^{-} ) = (7.1 pm 0.5 pm 0.6 pm 0.7) times 10^{-6}, end{equation*} where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic and the third due to the uncertainty on the branching fraction of the normalisation mode $B^{+} to D_s^{+} overline{kern -0.2em D}^{0}$. A search is also performed for the pure annihilation decay $B^{+} to D_s^{+}phi$. No significant signal is observed and a limit of begin{equation*} mathcal{B}(B^{+} to D_s^{+}phi) < 4.9 times 10^{-7}~(4.2 times 10^{-7}) end{equation*} is set on the branching fraction at 95$%$ (90$%$) confidence level.
First observations of the rare decays $B^+rightarrow K^+pi^+pi^-mu^+mu^-$ and $B^+rightarrow phi K^+mu^+mu^-$ are presented using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3.0,{fb}^{-1}$, collected by the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass en ergies of $7$ and $8mathrm{,TeV}$. The branching fractions of the decays are begin{eqnarray*} mathcal{B}(B^+rightarrow K^+pi^+pi^-mu^+mu^-) &=& (4.36,^{+0.29}_{-0.27},mathrm{(stat)}pm 0.21,mathrm{(syst)}pm0.18,mathrm{(norm)})times10^{-7}, mathcal{B}(B^+rightarrowphi K^+mu^+mu^-) &=& (0.82 ,^{+0.19}_{-0.17},mathrm{(stat)},^{+0.10}_{-0.04},mathrm{(syst)}pm0.27,mathrm{(norm)}) times10^{-7},end{eqnarray*} where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic, and due to the uncertainty on the branching fractions of the normalisation modes. A measurement of the differential branching fraction in bins of the invariant mass squared of the dimuon system is also presented for the decay $B^+rightarrow K^+pi^+pi^-mu^{+}mu^{-}$.
