We study hadron properties near the deconfining transition in the quenched lattice QCD simulation. This paper focuses on the heavy quarkonium states, such as $J/psi$ meson. In order to treat heavy quarks at $T>0$, we adopt the $O(a)$ improved Wilson action on anisotropic lattice. We discuss $cbar{c}$ bound state observing the wave function and compare the meson correlators at above and below $T_c$. Although we find a large change of correlator near the $T_c$, the strong spatial correlation which is almost the same as confinement phase survives even $Tsim 1.5T_c$.
We explore sea quark effects in the light hadron mass spectrum in a simulation of two-flavor QCD using the nonperturbatively O(a)-improved Wilson fermion action. In order to identify finite-size effects, light meson masses are measured on 12^3x48, 16
We perform a nonperturbative determination of the $O(a)$-improvement coefficient $c_{rm SW}$ and the critical hopping parameter $kappa_c$ for $N_f$=3, 2, 0 flavor QCD with the RG-improved gauge action using the Schrodinger functional method. In order
We report on a calculation of the light hadron spectrum and quark masses in three-flavor dynamical QCD using the non-perturbatively O(a)-improved Wilson quark action and a renormalization-group improved gauge action. Simulations are carried out on a
We find a strong evidence for the survival of $J/Psi$ and $eta_c$ as spatially-localized $cbar c$ (quasi-)bound states above the QCD critical temperature $T_c$, by investigating the boundary-condition dependence of their energies and spectral functio
We calculate charmed meson spectra and decay constants in lattice QCD employing one-loop $O(a)$ improved heavy quark action and axial-vector currents. In quenched simulations at $a sim 0.1$ fm with the plaquette gauge action as well as a renormalizat
