We present preliminary measurements of CP-violating asymmetries in B decays. These include new results on the CKM angle alpha based on studies of the decay B -> rho+ rho- and several charmonium and hadronic penguin modes, sensitive to the CKM angle beta, including results on B -> phi K0S, B -> K+K-K0, B -> eta K0S, B -> f0 K0, and B -> pi0 K0S. We also report on several of results related to the extraction of gamma and (2*beta+gamma) and present limits on CPT violation in B decays.

The BaBar detector and SLAC PEP-II asymmetric e+e- collider tuned to the Y(4s) resonance has collected around 23M B0 anti-B0 pairs in year 2000. The total data sample for run 1 is 20.7fb-1, using this data we present the study of sin2beta, with sampl es of B0 --> J/Psi KOS, B0 --> psi(2S) K0S and B0 --> J/Psi KOL decays. The measured value is sin2beta 0.34+/-0.20 (stat) +/- 0.05 (syst),. In addition, we present preliminary measurements of charged and neutral B meson lifetimes and B0-anti B0 oscillation frequency.
We report final measurements of direct $mathit{CP}$--violating asymmetries in charmless decays of neutral bottom hadrons to pairs of charged hadrons with the upgraded Collider Detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. Using the complete $sqrt{s}=1.96$ TeV p roton-antiproton collisions data set, corresponding to 9.3 fb$^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity, we measure $mathcal{A}(Lambda^0_b rightarrow ppi^{-}) = +0.06 pm 0.07mathrm{(stat)} pm 0.03mathrm{(syst)}$ and $mathcal{A}(Lambda^0_b rightarrow pK^{-}) = -0.10 pm 0.08mathrm{(stat)} pm 0.04mathrm{(syst)}$, compatible with no asymmetry. In addition we measure the $mathit{CP}$--violating asymmetries in $B^0_s rightarrow K^{-}pi^{+}$ and $B^0 rightarrow K^{+}pi^{-}$ decays to be $mathcal{A}(B^0_s rightarrow K^{-}pi^{+}) = +0.22 pm 0.07mathrm{stat)} pm 0.02mathrm{(syst)}$ and $mathcal{A}(B^0 rightarrow K^{+}pi^{-}) = -0.083pm 0.013 mathrm{(stat)} pm 0.004mathrm{(syst)}$, respectively, which are significantly different from zero and consistent with current world averages.
A search for $CP$ violation in charmless four-body decays of $Lambda_b$ and $Xi_b^0$ baryons with a proton and three charged mesons in the final state is performed. To cancel out production and detection charge-asymmetry effects, the search is carrie d out by measuring the difference between the $CP$ asymmetries in a charmless decay and in a decay with an intermediate charmed baryon with the same particles in the final state. The data sample used was recorded in 2011 and 2012 with the LHCb detector and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of $3 {rm fb}^{-1}$. A total of 18 $CP$ asymmetries are considered, either accounting for the full phase space of the decays or exploring specific regions of the decay kinematics. No significant $CP$-violation effect is observed in any of the measurements.

COMPASS is a fixed-target experiment on the SPS M2 beamline at CERN. Its LiD target can be polarised both longitudinally and transversally with respect to the longitudinally polarised 160 GeV/c muon beam. Approximately 20% of the beam-time in 2002, 2 003 and 2004 was spent in the transverse configuration, allowing the first measurement of both the Collins and Sivers asymmetries on a deuterium target. First results from the the transverse data of the COMPASS run in 2002 are reported here.
A study of indirect CP violation in $D^0$ mesons through the determination of the parameter $A_Gamma$ is presented using a data sample of $pp$ collisions, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb$^{-1}$, collected with the LHCb detector an d recorded at the centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV at the LHC. The parameter $A_Gamma$ is the asymmetry of the effective lifetimes measured in decays of $D^0$ and $bar{D}^0$ mesons to the CP eigenstates $K^-K^+$ and $pi^-pi^+$. Fits to the data sample yield $A_Gamma(KK)=(-0.35pm0.62pm0.12)times 10^{-3}$ and $A_Gamma(pipi)=(0.33pm1.06pm0.14)times 10^{-3}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The results represent the worlds best measurements of these quantities. They show no difference in $A_Gamma$ between the two final states and no indication of CP violation.
