In this paper, we first analyze the horizon structure of the acoustic charged black hole in curved spacetime, and then study its acoustic shadow as well as the near-horizon characteristics including the quasi-normal modes (QNM) frequencies and analogue Hawking radiation. We find that the radius of the acoustic shadow for acoustic charged black hole is larger than that for Reissner-Nordstr{o}m (RN) black hole, and both of them are suppressed by increasing the black hole charge because their related outer horizons become smaller. Then the QNM frequencies under scalar field perturbation and its eikonal limit are computed via numeric method and acoustic shadow, respectively. We find that the acoustic charged black hole is stable under the perturbation and the QNM frequencies are much weaker than that for the astrophysical black hole. Moreover, as the tuning parameter increases, the perturbation oscillates more milder and its damping time becomes longer, while as the charge increases, the oscillation is enhanced slightly and the perturbation decays a little faster which is different from that in RN black hole. Finally, we numerically study the analogue Hawking radiation. We find that the grey-body factor and energy emission rate are suppressed by the angular number and the charge, but they do not monotonously depend on the tuning parameter in the acoustic charged black hole. The behavior of the energy emission rate affected by the parameters could be explained by the dependent behavior of the Hawking temperature. We expect that our results could shed light to the study of black holes in both theoretical and experimental perspectives.

We show that a semi-classical polymerization of the interior of Schwarzschild black holes gives rise to a tantalizing candidate for a non-singular, single horizon black hole spacetime. The exterior has non-zero quantum stress energy but closely appro ximates the classical spacetime for macroscopic black holes. The interior exhibits a bounce at a microscopic scale and then expands indefinitely to a Kantowski-Sachs spacetime. Polymerization therefore removes the singularity and produces a scenario reminiscent of past proposals for universe creation via quantum effects inside a black hole.

We analyze and compute the semiclassical stress-energy flux components, the outflux $langle T_{uu}rangle$ and the influx $langle T_{vv}rangle$ ($u$ and $v$ being the standard null Eddington coordinates), at the inner horizon (IH) of a Reissner-Nordst rom black hole (BH) of mass $M$ and charge $Q$, in the near-extremal domain in which $Q/M$ approaches $1$. We consider a minimally-coupled massless quantum scalar field, in both Hartle-Hawking ($H$) and Unruh ($U$) states, the latter corresponding to an evaporating BH. The near-extremal domain lends itself to an analytical treatment which sheds light on the behavior of various quantities on approaching extremality. We explore the behavior of the three near-IH flux quantities $langle T_{uu}^-rangle^U$, $langle T_{vv}^-rangle^U$, and $langle T_{uu}^-rangle^H=langle T_{vv}^-rangle^H$, as a function of the small parameter $Deltaequivsqrt{1-(Q/M)^2}$ (where the superscript $-$ refers to the IH value). We find that in the near-extremal domain $langle T_{uu}^-rangle^Uconglangle T_{uu}^-rangle^H=langle T_{vv}^-rangle^H$ behaves as $proptoDelta^5$. In contrast, $langle T_{vv}^-rangle^U$ behaves as $proptoDelta^4$, and we calculate the prefactor analytically. It therefore follows that the semiclassical fluxes at the IH neighborhood of an evaporating near-extremal spherical charged BH are dominated by the influx $langle T_{vv}rangle^U$. In passing, we also find an analytical expression for the transmission coefficient outside a Reissner-Nordstrom BH to leading order in small frequencies (which turns out to be a crucial ingredient of our near-extremal analysis). Furthermore, we explicitly obtain the near-extremal Hawking-evaporation rate ($proptoDelta^4$), with an analytical expression for the prefactor (obtained here for the first time to the best of our knowledge). In this article, we study Beltrami equilibria for plasmas in near the horizon of a spinning black hole, and develop a framework for constructing the magnetic field profile in the near horizon limit for Clebsch flows in the single-fluid approximation. We find that the horizon profile for the magnetic field is shown to satisfy a system of first-order coupled ODEs dependent on a boundary condition for the magnetic field. For states in which the generalized vorticity vanishes (the generalized `superconducting plasma state), the horizon profile becomes independent of the boundary condition, and depend only on the thermal properties of the plasma. Our analysis makes use of the full form for the time-independent Amperes law in the 3+1 formalism, generalizing earlier conclusions for the case of vanishing vorticity, namely the complete magnetic field expulsion near the equator of an axisymmetric black horizon assuming that the thermal properties of the plasma are symmetric about the equatorial plane. For the general case, we find and discuss additional conditions required for the expulsion of magnetic fields at given points on the black hole horizon. We perform a length scale analysis which indicates the emergence of two distinct length scales characterizing the magnetic field variation and strength of the Beltrami term, respectively.
In this paper, we investigate the photon sphere, shadow radius and quasinormal modes of a charged black hole in presence of quintessence. The result shows that the shadow radius decreases with the increase of the electric charge. The quasinormal mode s are derived by the sixth WKB approximation method and shadow radius, respectively. For the fixed electric charge and multipole number, the values of the real and imaginary parts of the quasinormal modes decrease with the increase of the quintessence charge. When the value of the multipole number is large, the quasinormal modes derived by the two methods are consistent, which shows the correspondence between the quasinormal modes in the eikonal limit and shadow. When the value of the multipole number is small, the quasinormal modes obtained by the two methods are also in good agreement.
The existence of quintessential dark energy around a black hole has considerable consequences on its spacetime geometry. Hence, in this article, we explore its effect on horizons and the silhouette generated by a Kerr-Newman black hole in quintessent ial dark energy. Moreover, to analyze the deflection angle of light, we utilize the Gauss-Bonnet theorem. The obtained result demonstrates that, due to the dragging effect, the black hole spin elongates its shadow in the direction of the rotational axis, while increases the deflection angle. On the other hand, the black hole charge diminishing its shadow, as well as the angle of lights deflection. Besides, both spin and charge significantly increase the distortion effect in the black holes shadow. The quintessence parameter gamma, increases the shadow radius, while decreases the distortion effect at higher values of charge and spin parameters.
