We suggest a new experiment sensitive to a possible difference between the amount of CP violation as measured on the surface of the Earth and in a lower gravity environment. Our proposed experiment is model independent and could yield a $5sigma$ measurement within tens of days, indicating a dependence of the level of CP violation in the neutral kaon system on the local gravitational potential.

The radiative decay of neutral fermions has been studied for decades but $CP$ violation induced within such a paradigm has evaded attention. $CP$ violation in these processes can produce an asymmetry between circularly polarised directions of the rad iated photons and produces an important source of net circular polarisation in particle and astroparticle physics observables. The results presented in this work outlines the general connection between $CP$ violation and circular polarisation for both Dirac and Majorana fermions and can be used for any class of models that produce such radiative decays. The total $CP$ violation is calculated based on a widely studied Yukawa interaction considered in both active and sterile neutrino radiative decay scenarios as well as searches for dark matter via direct detection and collider signatures. Finally, the phenomenological implications of the formalism on keV sterile neutrino decay, leptogenesis-induced right-handed neutrino radiative decay and IceCube-driven heavy dark matter decay are discussed.
Three possibilities for the origin of CP violation are discussed: (1) the Standard Model in which all CP violation is due to one parameter in the CKM matrix, (2) the superweak model in which all CP violation is due to new physics and (3) the Standard Model plus new physics. A major goal of B physics is to distinguish these possibilities. CP violation implies time reversal violation (TRV) but direct evidence for TRV is difficult to obtain.
We apply QCD factorization to the quasi two-body B ->(K pi) pi decays where the (K pi)-pair effective mass is limited to 1.8 GeV. Our strong interaction phases constrained by theory and pi-K experimental data yield useful information for studies of CP violation
Effects of the lightest neutrino mass in flavoured leptogenesis when the CP-violation necessary for the generation of the baryon asymmetry of the Universe is due exclusively to the Dirac and/or Majorana phases in the neutrino mixing matrix $U$ are di scussed. The type I see-saw scenario with three heavy right-handed Majorana neutrinos having hierarchical spectrum is considered. The orthogonal parametrisation of the matrix of neutrino Yukawa couplings, which involves a complex orthogonal matrix $R$, is employed. Results for light neutrino mass spectrum with normal and inverted ordering (hierarchy) are reviewed.

The BaBar detector and SLAC PEP-II asymmetric e+e- collider tuned to the Y(4s) resonance has collected around 23M B0 anti-B0 pairs in year 2000. The total data sample for run 1 is 20.7fb-1, using this data we present the study of sin2beta, with sampl es of B0 --> J/Psi KOS, B0 --> psi(2S) K0S and B0 --> J/Psi KOL decays. The measured value is sin2beta 0.34+/-0.20 (stat) +/- 0.05 (syst),. In addition, we present preliminary measurements of charged and neutral B meson lifetimes and B0-anti B0 oscillation frequency.
